Wow oh wow! What incredible movers! They worked quick, were super careful, and made moving a breeze! Our new house had just been painted and I was nervous the walls would get messed up… they didn’t and everything was left in perfect condition. Carlos, Fernando, and Jesus were absolutely stand out- we are so grateful! 10/10 recommend!

MyProMovers was an overall great experience from the quote process through the entire move. The move crew was led by John and they did a fantastic job and made sure everything was delivered in the same condition when it left. I highly recommend them as a company. Jackie was always quick and responsive, which was greatly appreciated!

We hire them because I am expecting and was unable to move anything or any light things they came on time they were super friendly, very professional. They took your things that I thought they weren’t gonna be able to take care of. They were very organized and they literally packed my pod like Tetris, please. Book them you will not regret it. They do a very good job. They’re very efficient and they’re super fast. They’re amazing. ADRIAN, MARCO and JHON. They were really good to speak to and didn’t have any issues communicating. My needs what I really wanted and what was important. I really appreciate the attentiveness and the clear communication from them.

Extremely Disappointed — Be Careful About Their Quotes
I had a very poor experience with MyProMovers. They initially quoted me for 3.5 hours of work, but the actual charge ended up being 6.5 hours — nearly double.
The movers moved incredibly slowly, taking one item per elevator trip instead of efficiently loading multiple items like professional movers normally do. This made the process drag on far longer than necessary. On top of that, they got stuck in traffic for 2 hours on the way to my new place, and unbelievably, I was charged for the time they spent sitting in traffic.
I’ve used other moving companies before, and they usually do everything they can to minimize time and cost for the customer. Unfortunately, MyProMovers did the exact opposite. The final bill was far higher than expected, and it didn’t feel fair or professional.
Bottom line: Don’t trust the quote they give you — it’s very likely you’ll end up paying much more than promised.
