Worst costumer service !!!! I went today with brand new shoes to exchange the shoes the employee that helped with the shoe 2 months ago was super rude . Nordstrom costumer service is much better I will never come back and purchase anything from Niemen Marcus .

This center is excellent. They have a well-known website that delivers to Saudi Arabia. Clothes for children, men, and women, home furniture, and home accessories. It is excellent. I order from it a lot. God wrote. I came to their location. This is 15 kilometers away from Washington. It is beautiful. Many international brands. The prices are somewhat high.

Enjoy coming here. A new associate helped me today and was so helpful and nice I couldn’t help but leave a positive review (at least I think she was new, believe her name was Aliyah?) it’s just a great atmosphere, well laid out, and spacious dressing rooms.

I had an Neiman Marcus credit card with a zero balance. I paid them off first. Since then I was focused on paying my other credit cards off. Then I received notice that there closing my account because I wasn’t using them. Now would they prefer I rack up a bill and can’t pay and send me to collection but no they closed my account because I wasn’t using with a zero balance. Somebody make this make sense. What am I doing wrong with these credit cards. Please help!

An upscale clothing store in Galleria mall at Tyson in McLean, VA. I’ve seen quit a few celebrities rap artist in here. They were down to earth and polite to me.The selection of men’s and women’s clothing is nice and some rare finds in here. Love the atmosphere and the service.

I tried to buy a piece in precious jewelry. I was told that a manager was needed to transfer the piece to the store. The sales person has been waiting for 3 days to get in contact with the previous jewelry manager/supervisor. After I waiting in the store for 1.5 hours I left. I still did not hear back. It is strange that only one person can do this transfer and NM rather lose a customer and sale because their manager is unresponsive. I’ve been told no one else in the store or other managers can help. This is terrible customer service.

Brands mall. There is a French restaurant, Paul. Excellent drinks, very good cakes and sweets, but the worst baguettes ? I do not recommend it.

Very bad experience on Sunday Afternoon at the Tyson’s Location Neiman Marcus, in the ladies formal gown section. Train your staff on customer service, polite commentary, and how to approach a buyer. The first sentence out of an employees mouth (which was then repeated an additional 4 times) was “are you going to buy or just looking?” With a snarky attitude. I frequent this location and buy all of my formalwear here, but will think twice before returning to this location.
