Great experience! The salesperson there was very helpful and once he felt out of his depth, he turned me over to their very friendly in-house professional optician. Having her there to walk me through selecting the right frame and lenses for my pretty niche sport (rowing) was awesome and super helpful!!

Great friendly staff K.J was so welcoming! Showed me around and gave me a review of the new meta Oakley glasses before my order came in. Will definitely patronize this location again because of her. Put a few glasses on my list to purchase in the upcoming weeks.

I don’t usually rate stores but we had such great service here I had to. We came in specifically looking for new sport sunglasses for running/cycling. The guy who helped us (I wish I grabbed his name!) was so helpful and knowledgeable. He guided us on the benefits of different styles and lenses based on our needs. He also helped my husband fully customize his pair and they look awesome. It was a great experience!

Whenever I’m in town, I make it a point to stop by the Oakley store at Tysons Corner. The store always offers a great selection of products, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional customer service. Tommy in particular, is outstanding! His expertise and knowledge about Oakley products are impressive, and he’s always incredibly helpful. He takes the time to understand what I’m looking for and provides insightful recommendations. It’s always a pleasure to shop here, thanks to the welcoming environment and top notch grade A service. Highly recommend this place to all of my friends.

Very unethical company with zero respect for customers. It is literally impossible to unsubscribe from their emails. Make a purchase and be prepared for a minimum of three emails a day coming to your phone and your watch.
