Nice store with a versatile selection. Some items listed online weren’t available in-store, but the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, the prices are in the mid-range. My son picked up a couple of things, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Rude and Unprofessional Staff
The management and staff at the Old Navy in Tysons Corner consistently provide poor customer service. Many customers have reported experiencing rude and dismissive behavior, particularly from the store manager, who lacks professionalism and treats shoppers with unnecessary suspicion. Instead of assisting customers with basic transactions like returns—especially when they have valid receipts—the manager creates an unwelcoming and hostile environment.
It’s clear from multiple reviews that this is an ongoing issue, not just an isolated incident. Old Navy should seriously reevaluate the training and customer service standards at this location to ensure a more respectful and professional experience for shoppers.

I don’t normally shop at Old Navy, but honestly it’s a good store with great selection, quality merchandise and helpful staff. Interesting story but this Old Navy was practically a life saver one time. last spring i got caught in an absolute downpour before coming to the mall and my Socks were absolutely soaked through. Thankfuly I was able to get a Fresh pair of socks quickly and cheaply here. Thanks Folks.

The assistant manager Autumn was very rude and disrespectful. I came in shopping for my daughter she was not helpful at all. And made me look for the stuff myself. Not until another person came and helped me. She is not an asset to this company. Who wants someone like that working for their company. I will not be coming to the Tyson’s Old Navy.

This is the best Old Navy I have ever been in and I have shopped at many. This location at Tyson Corner always seems to have a wide selection of merchandise and availability in different sizes and colors. The store is always welcoming too. The best part though is BRANDON! Thank you Brandon :)

I've been to this location a few times, and everything is always so neat and organized. Employees are also helpful. This store also seems to do a really good job stocking larger sizes.
