I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I purchased a bracelet, changed my mind within an hour, and was told I couldn't return it, only exchange. This contradicts their policy. I advise against buying from here due to low customer service quality; it seems the staff prioritizes their commission. We opted to leave the product and exit the store.

My wife she purchased a bracelet after an hour she changed her mind to return to get another one the guy at first said sure we can return after 5 min he said no we won’t exchange or return we left the store with out the bracelet and called credit card and money will be back they said . If you are purchasing anything with this store they will do anything to make sure you don’t get the service you deserve.

Please dont waste your money here. Takes for ever for anything needs to be done, battery takes 4 to 6 weeks, even for new watch, cant exchange, no refund. Higher price doesn't equal to better service. Take your hard earned money elsewhere

Always exceptional service here. Brandon has helped me in the past. Recently visited for a new bracelet and other items for an Aqua Terra and was attended to by Herbes Lopez. They remember me as a repeat customer. These people always take care of their patrons!

Andrew was super knowledgeable with Omega’s history and products while offering great hospitality for my first visit to an Omega Boutique. The other staff who I wasn’t able to get his name was wonderful as he patiently and carefully fixed an issue with my Seamaster clasp while also helping me readjust the strap length. Overall 10/10 experience.

It took more than two months to fix a watch, but that's not why I'm writing. When I got to the store to pick it up, it took them more than 25 minutes to find the watch and give it to me. The entire staff (Herbes, Kenny, Jerry & Andrew), couldn't have been more rude - just hanging around the back like I wasn't waiting. No one else in the store. You can pick up a car faster.

I am an Omega collector. I recently went to the Omega Boutique in the Galleria Mall in Tysons Corner Virginia nearest me to talk about Omega watches and add one to my collection. In the past I walked in and browsed until a sales rep would come over and talk to me. Unfortunately I had a very poor experience during a weekday morning recently that turned me off to this store completely. The security guard, who was courteous, denied me entry into the empty store! There was only one sales rep who was with another customer, but I was denied entry and told to wait. I waited over 5 minutes and just walked away. If an Omega Boutique treats loyal customers this way, then I will continue to buy Omega, but never from this store again.
