Great coaches, challenging but fun routines, good app for class booking and workout result tracking (love the heart rate band). Great for anyone who is serious about fitness, and need to get out of their home gym to enjoy a positive fitness community.

I was not sure OT would be a good fit for me, but I have been very impressed with this studio. It is a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The coaches are great. They push me to achieve results while monitoring my heart rate; they are always available to address any concerns or physical limitations anyone may have. After 2 months, I feel better and can tell my muscles are more toned. I like that workouts are always different and that I don’t have to figure out what to do. The coaches establish the workouts and communicate what to do. The app gives you at home exercises you can do between studio workouts. It has been a great experience joining OT.

My wife and I joined OTF McLean and we really liked the concept of cardio combined with strength training. We enjoyed each of those classes and must say that all the trainers were awesome. They do give you personal attention and we had seen results in just one month. Its sad that we had to leave McLean due to my job relocation. I would really recommend this place to anyone who wants to embark on a new fitness journey. Wishing Addison and her crew all the very best!

I joined Orangetheory about 2 months ago and noticed alot of progress in my general fitness. As a avid runner and cyclist I wasn't really targeting the whole body the way OT does. I lost 10 pounds and continue to improve my stamina, strength, & mobility. Coaches Addison, Georgia, Megan, & Patricia are very supportive of each individual goals. 100% recommend.

I love OTF workouts. All the staff and coaches are very friendly. Had to stop the membership as we were relocating and the nearest OTF to us is 13 miles away... Hope OTF opens new branches near us soon...

I am so fortunate to have found Orange Theory several years ago. Prior to Orange theory, I was a member of other gyms as well as had personal trainers, but nothing really stuck with me like Orange Theory.Orange Theory is a one hour rigorous work-out of the entire body. When the hour is over, I feel as though I have really done what I needed to do for my physical and mental health, and I'm sweating like a pig (although pigs don't sweat, and that idiom comes from industrial steel production referring to pig iron). The icing on the cake for me is that every coach I have had at Orange Theory is absolutely superb...incredibly encouraging, enthusiastic, interpersonal, and remarkably organized with the timing of moving three groups to different stations throughout the hour. A coach truly has to be at the top of their game to be able to do that effectively. The coaches make it look easy, but it isn't. It definitely requires a specific aptitude.Lastly, at age 75, I think it is important to note, the benefit of cardio/rigorous exercise on the aging mind. In the past two years or so, I have had 3 doctors (specializing in different disciplines) tell me that the best thing I can do to ward off memory loss/dementia, etc. is to exercise, particularly exercise with rigorous cardio.Cherie Mulder

Came here for my first class while in the DC area for the holidays. The Intro class was challenging but definitely doable as a first time class at the studio. Megan was my coach, and she was great at explaining the different stations and exercises, and she was good at offering corrections to our techniques without any judgement or embarrassment. Fun fact. First time booking a class at an Orange Theory, so you should definitely take advantage of that.
