I came in and I got greeted immediately by the bankers. I told him about my problem and he even walked me to the teller and told the teller my problem so I didn't have to repeat myself. The teller kindly helped me out with my problem and everything got solved. The whole situation went very respectfully and professionally. The service here is great and very professional.

First time I’ve been to this branch in a long time and wasn’t expecting to receive service I did. They have an outstanding teller, who helped me with all my needs and answered my questions throughly I appreciate his help very much. I believe his name was Aras.

I came in with my husband to talk about loans, and it was so helpful. When you walk in, everyone greets you and is at your service immediately! I was really happy about this, and they treated us so well. Definitely a great bank to visit!

I understand why this bank had a low start rating. I walked in looking for an ATM everybody turned away. But it’s okay. It’s not the first time this happens. It’s the location of the bank “ McLean” it’s a predominantly white neighborhood but Latinos and other brown American are in McLean’s weather y’all like it or not. Imma be closing my account soon. So don’t you worry about my business

I worked for this bank. Firmly believe how they treated me as an employee was disgusting. Training was very rigorous rightfully so, and even after training I went through another branch first for in person training. Then was officially here. The first branch I went to really went by the books and rules, so I wasn’t expecting any differentiation. I got to this branch and everything was different. I was literally pressured by higher up to just say yes about a person being in front of me when on the phone with another PNC person asking me if this person is there to sign. Afterwards, I was placed under investigation- I told them word by word what happened and even mentioned how my co workers here said it’s okay to bend the rules, that some of these clients have been here for ten plus years and it’s okay if they don’t have their ID. In training I was told I must always have ID. To add they could’ve seen that I was surrounded by higher ups in the surveillance looking confused, concerned and nervous. I ended up being fired and the higher up who pressured me is still working there with her nearly 6 figure income. I was very much (in my opinion) blacklisted from every bank. Thanks for the toxic unhealthy untrustworthy work environment PNC.

Unprofessional, untrained teller who was not patient enough with my father this morning. I was on the phone helping my father and translating for him so he could REMOVE cash and DEPOSIT to another account. Lady’s who spoke with me was very arrogant. I clearly told her that the deposit should be in form of cash and not check and it should be deposited to another account. (I sent the account number) Guess what. She did it in form of check and deposited back to the same account. Now , my dad has to wait one day for his own money removed and deposited back to same account.
