I just had the best experience purchasing a last-minute fully altered Prada suit. Lin, Sheerhan, and Sabine went out their way to accommodate my last-minute need for an impeccable altered suit! I honestly commend the team at this location as customer experiences is very important to them, and I thank them wholeheartedly as I walk into my event with my new suit!

Love, love, and love this location. My SA's name is Lin. Lin is very knowledgeable about the brand and honest about how something looks on you. She strives to ensure that you are satisfied and is always so nice. In addition, the managerial staff is amazing. Recently, I lost my beloved Yorkshire Terrier, Lin and team sent me the most lovely flowers that cheered me up.I was devasted at the loss of my fur baby. Unexpectedly receiving flowers cheered me up and showed me that they are not just interested in you spending in the Boutique-they actually care about you as a person. I highly reccomend this location to anyone who lives in the DMV or is visting.

Worst customer service ever I had even I was a new customer I bought a sunglasses from LA and only tried it for ten minutes the day I bought it but I Felt it is not comfortable and I didn’t have the time to return it back in LA. I came back to Virginia and went to the Tysons Galleria and the lady said you wore this and we cannot take it and also cannot exchange it.

The Prada store located in the Galleria at Tyson’s (2) in McLean, VA is set up as an exclusive store. Upon entering, you are greeted by staff as if you are entering a night club. The store was very large and wide open with a large shoe section. The staff was friendly and customer service focused.

I don't know why so many luxury brand stores get low reviews for bad service. This hasn't happened to me and I go often enough. My recent visit to Prada was great. It was short but we got what we needed. AND LEE, a wonderful lady who worked at Saks in Galleria who was my go-to sales associate now works at this store so I'm ecstatic about that! Went to get my mom a pair of furry slippers for recently and it went without a hitch. The item was wrapped well and we were treated well- constant smiles and asking if we're good.

The staff here are some of the nicest I have ever met! My wife and I were looking around and made it clear that we were not going to buy anything that day but the staff still were very nice. They complimented my wife’s outfit (and not in a pushy sales way). Absolutely a pleasure, I will be back soon!

Antonio at Prada at Tysons in DC is one of the best sales persons I have ever met. He is passionate and knows the brand well. After our first time meeting him, we are from out of town, he has always remembered us on subsequent visits. A text or call remembering what we like down to our sizes. He is not pushy at all. More feels like he wants to share his excitement about something new.

Been to this location before and idk what happened. I always find Prada stores when I travel to shop. 100 percent this is the rudest and worst staff I've ever come across. No greeting. Nobody asking if I liked the shirt I was holding. Just standing around staring into phones. I went to Dior to shop and they were awesome! Check them out!

The customer service here was nothing short of top of the line. My son and I had to exchange his prom shoes. There was a miscommunication with the online order. We received a woman's size instead of a man's size. We were greeted with a smile, and the exchange went very smoothly. I love customer service like this. Keep up the great work, Prada!

I’m not sure why this location is still open , I’ve never experienced a nonchalant manager the way I did yesterday, to have a client come in the store and request to purchase an item and be told no because you’re holding for a client which didn’t come to pick it up on a Sunday saying it’s such a big deal because u have to ship the hat when u have someone in the store ready to purchase the item to wear out the store and was willing to purchase other items , didn’t make sense to me , but to talk to him as if he’s uneducated to know that if you’re doing a charge send that it could have been done at any location if the hat was going to be shipped which wasn’t even paid for and wouldn’t have been sent until the next day due to it being the weekend was crazy to me ….. I advise anyone in the DMV location to rethink shopping this particular store going forward because this isn’t about race but you were left feeling as if it was , is a big problem for me a stylist and personal shopper .

I came into Prada in search of a wallet that is always out of stock online. This location didn't have it, but Nicole, who was the sales associate helping me, was very kind and helped me place a request to order it from a different location. The overall selection of pieces at this Prada is fairly good with both men's and women's.

I've had 2 bad experiences with this specific Prada store in the past 3 months. My first experience was with a sales rep who came off as VERY pretentious and talked down to customers. Most recently, I stopped by at 5:15pm and when a worker came out front to close the door and claim they were "closed" when their store hours are until 6pm. No hi or bye, she just said "we're closed" and walked away. Don't recommend this specific store.
