I’ve been using this Public Storage for two years and couldn’t be happier. The place is always clean, well-lit, and easy to access, with elevators and trolleys always in great shape.
The manager, Rashid, is excellent — very professional, friendly, and quick to help whenever needed. I also love the convenience of opening the gate through the mobile app. Highly recommend this location!

This is one of those companies that will grift you any chance they get. Basically they jack the price up on you after you move in hoping you'll keep paying. Its also pretty obvious they have a bu ch of fake reviews up here.
Another issue with them is they tech is incompetent. So they'll randomly cancel your auto pay, then when you go to sign into the website its slow and then sign in won't work so it takes a long time to figure out their site is broken because its both slow and doesn't work.
In the mean time they're sending you threatening messages over text cause they haven't gotten their money - even though their is no way to pay them since their payment portal is broken.
This isn't a one-off thing, lots of tech issues with them that cause lots of problems.

I stopped by today today to look at the different sizes of units to figure out what size to rent. Rashid and Mikaela were very helpful showing me around, and patient answering all of my questions. They are both very nice people to work with!
