I had an amazing experience at this location. Check in was a breeze. There was zero wait time. I received my bloodwork from Bruce. I let himknow I was extreme afraid of needles, he calmed me down with some jokes & helped me breath and stay at ease through the whole experience. He completed my bloodwork with extreme professionalism, speed and accuracy. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience !

quest received and processed a payment months ago and continues to try and extort more money from me stating that they never received payment even after being given the evidence from the bank.

Note: this lab is in a Safeway grocery store - at the back next to the pharmacy. Hope that saves you the running around I did before I asked the person putting away the shopping carts! Made an appointment by phone using the automated system. There's a check in machine, super easy. As for the blood draw itself: Ms. Teairrah was so wonderful! I apologized for being late; she was very understanding and said many people have a hard finding the lab. So gentle with the p**** and the withdraw, and she has a lovely laugh. Made me feel comfortable getting my blood drawn, a first! Thank you!

I have never successfully been able to have a seamless visit to this lab. Appointments and labs are regularly lost, they create multiple profiles for your name so you pay for lab results they lost and have results under multiple accounts so things are lost. Don't bother r getting your information, labs, or insurance- it won't be in the system from the time you book the appointment, put it in your profile, or enter it in the kiosk the same day. As if that's not bad enough, the customer service and lab-techs' professionalism is REALLY BAD. If you ask questions or try to ask they perform the basic functions and their job or ask questions, you are met with an attitude, they won't even turn around to make eye-contact or try to problem solve their mistake. I believe there is a new shift manager, a heave-set blonde lady, who is by far the rudest employee I've encountered at this location.

Absolutely pathetic experience here. Three walk ins skipped the line. I waited from 2pm and got told at 3:30 that I wouldn’t be taken. Absolute waste of time and the staff were horrible. Go find another place.

Great experience: made an appointment online (super fast and easy - even had to change it once and was no problem). Checked in at the kiosk and was seen immediately by a very experienced lady - stick didn't hurt - she worked fast, cleanly and professionally. I was out in 10min tops. One of the best medical experiences ever.

I had a 9:40 appointment b4 work. At 10:15, they said 45 minutes more. 1 inexperienced staff, who took 15-20 minutes each person. 0 star

Unprofessional behavior with attitude. Office was understaffed.I was pocked 13 times (!!! )and only 20% of the blood was taken. A vetenarian would treat me better.I was told to come back in2 days later.When I returned to the office, I was told only appointments today. Sorry. I will not be successful to take your blood anywaysI went to the another office and the staff were able to drow all needed blood with 1st attempt. Many nany thanks to (Angie?)

This is one of the better Quest locations. The staff was considerate and but inexperienced. For a fasting test, they forgot to draw blood for some of the labs and called me back while I was in the store. Ok fine, I go back. When I went to my doctor to discuss the results, we found they hadn’t run some others as well. So make sure you check before you leave.

Simply awful. The best part about the experience was the fact that they took me slightly before my scheduled appointment time. It went downhill from there. Surly phlebotomist, poorly-designed forms, and then failure to report ANY results, suggesting that they have been lost. One of my worst medical test experiences ever.

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect going into my appointment, but I was seen by Trenita, who did a wonderful job. She was professional, efficient, skilled, kind, and everything was very clean and sanitized. Trenita was even able to overcome a snag in the system and see me for my appointment despite an error in the system caused by someone else that scheduled my appointment. I was so relieved to have had a good experience that I bought myself some sushi on my way out! :)

Horrible I got there at 11:37am to find out that they close for lunch 11:30am to 12:30pm. No where on the website does it mention that. Then the lady appears at 12:30pm and takes a person with an appointment and takes 35 minutes for a blood draw. I had to leave because the lady was extremely rude. Disgruntled like she didn’t like her job. Worst bed side manner ever. I wasted my whole time.
