This location is moreso for getting custom suits and picking up online orders. It is small and doesn’t represent even half the catalog of seasonal items. It lacks the basics PRL is known for. A snooty rep tried to convince me I needed a substantially out of my budget purple label product even after I made it clear that their mainstay products would suffice.

My experience with the store staff and coffee shop baristas was nothing short of perfect. Everyone went out of their way to assist me from my salesperson, Kristine who had such wonderful ideas , to the seemstress Anna-Maria who also provided valuable recommendations to the baristas keeping their calm during a very busy time.People - let's support one another and help eachother out.A very pleased customer and huge Ralph Lauren fan!

I used to shop frequently at his store. However Diana is no longer working here. This place used to be pleasant but the ladies are rude and not very helpful. They’re biased, and is not friendly as a sales associate should be with common sense. There are snobby, and immensely arrogant. Corporate needs to know about customer service.

Despite my want to purchase a dress, the poor customer service sent me elsewhere. I have shopped at RL for many years, and like the style/ fit of their clothing. Every time I visit this location the sales clerks are unfriendly and seem annoyed. I came in to make a return and purchase a dress that I had already selected online. The sales associate was so rude that I left, and likely won't return.

I have visited this store a few times in 2023 and every time has been a poor visit. First, the service is not very good at all. I have walked in and there have been sales associates who don't bother to greet you or help you or ask what you are looking for or are interested in. Every time I have visited, the display case where the watches and small leather accessories are have been hidden by a multitude of computers, boxes, trash, and coffee cups (used). I couldn't even see into the case with all the junk and trash on top. On the bright side, the selection of purple label, home goods, and women's clothing are vast and displayed nicely. Also, the men's selection of high end clothing does not disappoint. So, you have a great selection of clothing and a mediocre selection of accessories and TERRIBLE customer service. I talked to a sales associate at a shop across the hall and he said that many people have complained about the service at Ralph Lauren.

Very small mens section, but stellar customer service. Michael is a phenomenal salesman. This location has RL Purple label which is their top of the line clothing edition. The store, while small, is very clean and tidy. The seamstress is excellent and quick! Very happy with my recent purchases. RL has found a new client.

Customer service was awful, i don’t know if the representative was racist or just was not in the best mood but she was rushing me through the purchase experience, wouldn’t let me touch the merchandise I wanted to purchase and when i was ready to pay she threw the merchandise in the bag and threw the bag at me.I would never come back to this store after such a negative and awful experience.

I visited the Ralph Cafe for the first time yesterday and it was a fun experience.The cafe was pretty and they had a seating area in the middle of the mall, which was pretty and I did enjoy it. The staff were nice and helpful.I got their cold brew and it was not the most special cold brew I’ve had.. it did unfortunately tasted a bit off. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere but not the coffee.

Michael and JP are great. They were very generous with their time in helping me choose a classic tux fit. JP is very particular on details and made sure my adjustments were perfect.

Mocha was bad. The first sip, my reaction was eeew. Not sweet enough. Bitter.I'm not sure if I'll try it again. I might try other things.Like the design, but it's small.

They have a cafe recently next to the store but not shown in google maps. Anyway,they have a good coffee and pastries but it’s too small and the seats weren’t comfortable

5 stars for the store, but 1 star for the coffee shop. I frequent the NYC locations quite often and the coffee, food, service are top notch. The Tysons location is simply awful. I ordered the brownie which was stale and physically hard to eat. The cookie was stale and no salt in the middle like the NYC locations. I mentioned this to the cashier and all I got was I'm sorry. No refund, replacement, nothing. I don't think I will visit this location at all! I hope Ralph Lauren corporate sees this review and modifies the food and customer service. The clothing store is great and provides wonderful service. Stay away from this coffee shop!

Great store, great staff, and where is Rafael? He’s my favorite staff member, but haven’t seen him for a while. Cafe’s dirty chai is awesome! Never had a better one anywhere in all of the places I’ve lived abroad. Keep up the good work!

Ordered an extra hot cappuccino. Unfortunately I got a cold cappuccino. Totally nasty. I put that cappuccino in the nearest trash bin. They do not know how to make drinks. This place is a joke. RIP Starbucks!
