Vicky provided an amazing experience! I have visited several YSL locations but they are not all created equal. The store had a wide selection of items and I was able to get exactly what I went in for plus some. I can't wait to come back! Thanks Vicky

I really enjoy the brand YSL and the quality. I came in to look at some purses and I was greeted by the genuine and pleasant Kate! She is so kind, patient and helpful. She was honest about sharing the types of leather and which has better quality along with trends and how to style ! I did go for a purse that does not have the easiest leather to care for or the best quality, the Becky in cream which I believe is discontinued now. BUT, honestly, one of the cutest bags I have everrrr seen and I'm so happy I purchased it. Thanks Kate ! It is not an every day bag and durability is not that great, it's great when we can get a bag we love for it's design and great durability but every bag doesn't always come with both and that's okay. I love the aged gold and how the leather looks aged as well. It's so classy and I receive so many compliments. One of the reasons I was also leaning towards it is because it is not an overly advertised item from YSL but really surprised it wasn't since it is so cute.. Kate has 5 stars from me but I have been in the store and ... the customer service of other associates is not bad but did not compare to how sincere Kate treated me, which is okay as well since as humans naturally sometimes we gravitate to different types of people and management probably hired all the right associates to meet a wide market. Overall as a store I'd say 3.8 but Kate truly provides 5 star customer service, I'm going to slide with a 4 =D because I do believe they mean well. I will add the bag has started to present some damage fairly early in comparison to my other bags and I hope YSL is able to help repair if possible. Thanks again!

Exceptional experience from Day 1! Ryan has been absolutely wonderful to work with in helping me start my exotics collection with the absolute perfect item! I originally went in looking for a particular bag and Ryan and their exotics specialist, Kevin, showed me a stunning lizard bag with minimal finish in the original animal color, that I would end up taking home. All the SAs and managers were incredibly knowledgeable and patient and want customers to find the perfect items for their needs. Many thanks to the managers Tanasia and Veronica as well for running such a welcoming and high quality boutique experience! 10/10 would recommend.

Was in the area and my daughter originally wanted a different luxury purse but ended up here first. Nathalie was our salesperson. She was extremely helpful and zero pressure to purchase. We went to the other luxury store b/c we wanted to make sure we were making a good choice. The other store didn’t give us the same friendly vibes so we went back here for our purchase. If you ever need help at this store please ask for Nathalie; will definitely be coming back when I want to make another purchase.

Came into this Saint Laurent in search for my first designer bag We were greeted by Veronica who was super patient as I asked to see various styles and sizes. She gave us her input on what would suit my needs best. I ended up going with a different bag than the one I thought I wanted originally but would better fit my lifestyle, per her recommendations. I'm super excited to start wearing my new bag! I got the Kate, small, in gold.

Natalie was the most helpful SA I have worked with in any luxury brand. She was very attentive, patient, and responsive. Immediately when I walked in to pick up my bag, she was smiling and welcoming. All I will say is that the sale representative who tried to help with a repair was very unhelpful and not at all willing to work with us and sounded accusatory. But Will, the manager, was wonderful and very helpful and communicative and kind. He is the saving grace of customer service at this store.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Depending on the sales rep, it was great when purchasing, but horrible for a return, to the point of questioning my rationale for the return a day later with the purse still fully packaged and clearly unused.Vicky was not kind at all during the return process, and kept insisting she could not process the return, until I requested to perhaps run my debit card as a credit. She was extremely rude during the entire transaction. I will never return to this store and will go to Nieman Marcus where they're so much kinder!Unsure why they have to beso pretentious (with the exception of Tanasia who is super sweet)...it was just a purse for the love of Mary! I realize your time is valuable, as is mine...5 minutes for you to take a return vs 2 hrs of driving for me...be nice!

Purchased a belt recently. SA was very helpful. They didn't let a lot of people in at the same time so there was quite a wait to get in but over all good service.

Purchased a cellphone bag and the chain broke within 18 months. The warranty was 2 years. Repairs for the chain was $500. The bag only cost $650. What a piece of junk. So disappointed.
