I went into this specific SAKS after two months trying to get a hold of someone at the SAKS at American Dream (with no luck). I dropped off my wristlet that came with my Louboutin purse. I purchased the back and subsequent wristlet at American dream mall in April 2023. The wristlet metal that attached the strap to the bag fell off and the zipper came unattached from the bag. I reached out to Louboutin and they wouldn't handle any issues because "SAKS is a 3rd party vendor". So once at SAKS I filled out the repair form and even wrote, in great detail, the issues and submitted it. 5 months go by (with little to no communication from them despite saying it would be about a month) and what do I get back? My wristlet with the pin fixed but the zipper still wrong and with a crack in the black seal they use to secure the ends of the leather. After 5 months I'd have expected that all of the issues on the ticket would have been addressed. Bottom line- don't buy your higher brand bags from SAKS. The companies won't warranty them because they are 3rd party and now SAKS isn't even offering to do repairs for handbags because it takes them too long. Overall really disappointed in SAKS, Christian Louboutin and the repair shop.

Can't believe I haven't written a review! I woke up this am to a text from my personal shopper at Sax who informed me about a Balenciaga hoodie I wanted. Yay for him remembering. I love this location. They always treat me like royalty with champagne and/ or water preference. Sax is my go-to for all things designer.

This is my favorite store in Tyson's Galleria. My SA Bouchra Drummond is the best SA ever. If I don't find any selections in the store the staff is always courteous to help me find it online and deliver it to my place. The store is conveniently located and have entrances from first and second floors. I never ever had any issues finding parking as well.

Customer service at the beauty counter was excellent! 4 stars because the appearance of the clothing area really could be more presentable. Made it hard to even look at the clothing. Beauty counters were clean and sales representative was helpful.

Customer service here is almost laughable. It took one sales associate 30 mins to locate a pair of shoes without apologizing who eventually left me with another associate because he had personal matters to attend to. Some other associate insisted unsolicitedly on educating me about how important it is to know about the story behind every pair of sneakers I own in a highly condescending tone. It really is not that deep. You're a sneakerhead, I get it and I respect that. You didn't have to say "I don't know what it is that you do out there but you have to educate yourself." Guess what I do have way more important things to do.

If you are a guy and you want to shop at Saks, you really need to just drive to Chevy Chase because the service at the Tysons store is abysmal. The last time I shopped here was about a decade ago and it wasn't a great experience, and sadly it seems like not much has changed here. The first floor is all menswear and the selection is smaller than in Chevy Chase, particularly for business attire (which is odd given that Northern Virginia is the land of gray suits), but more importantly, there are always whole departments with literally nobody working there. After standing at a register for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement, I walked over to the hopping designer sneaker department where an employee was utterly annoyed I was asking for assistance. Recognizing he was busy I asked him if he could perhaps call for a colleague and he just pointed and said "there's the manager, go talk to her." Mimi in the men's department was actually really cool to work with, but everyone else seemed visibly annoyed to be at work. Huge shout out to Loric (sp?) the tailor who did an amazing job on my garments, but I was shocked that the dressing rooms were so dirty. When I came to pick up my alterations at 6:30 pm (they close at 7) the first floor lights were already being turned off and it seemed like they just wanted to close. It's like this store has active contempt for its customers.

Great store and extra helpful sales staff! My wife normally shops online, so it was a treat to do that in person!

Worst website ever. Inventory is terrible. I only shop here because of my AMEX benefit otherwise I can't understand why anyone would shop here.

Such a messy store and inpatient associates working there.Today I was shopping at the store men’s shoes department, and I asked a short Asian associate about the shoes price. He went past and ignored me, then greeting another couple of people right down from the escalator. His behavior made me very uncomfortable and believe this shouldn’t happen anywhere in the store. I am happy to identify the individual, please feel free to reach back to me.

The worst store ever.
