I purchased a Studio bag in Fall 2023 from this store. I subsequently had to ask the store to send it for repair (Ferragamo doesn’t offer warranty) because the edge paint of the handle peeled off after a month of wear. The staff (man) at the time estimated about $20, and I took it as a mere estimate. No photo taken by the store of the damage.I could live with all of that at this point. My bad experience came after this. The woman who attended to me (not Patricia) didn’t even care to say hello when we walked in, when telling her my reason she just did what she needed to do, to get the repaired bag. She told me it is $80. Fine. I paid.But then I saw a few dabs of small paint around the area that was repaired. I told her and her male colleague who was next to her. The woman said she doesn’t see anything. He recognized them and offered to first clean it. She then said they are just part of normal stitching, and then when I said it’s related to the edge paint, she changed to say it’s a normal pattern of the leather. Really? It’s obvious to me it’s spillover from the edge paint and they weren’t careful in the repair process. She then said they don’t take photos of the original damage but don’t because they trust the repairer. That’s not professional.The way she communicated was disrespectful of the customers’ intelligence and dismissing of my concern. I can stop going to this store in the future, but now I will carry a bag that has bad experience attached to it. It makes sense to me that other high-end stores in this mall have customers but this one rarely does.

Is this the location that racially profiled a black man simply because of his race and appearance which is beyond appalling and unprofessional not to mention the black security guard and black front desk associate were completely and utterly disgusting and should've been fired on the spot. She not only threatened to call extra security but she lied the minute the manager stepped in and I would love for this store to be boycotted IMMEDIATELY.

Recently went in to just browse around the men's section. I was greeted by Patricia who is amazing! She is very nice and helpful. Beautiful selection of shoes, bags, and accessories. As with any luxury brand, the prices are very high. I ended up looking at the wallets and bracelets and bought a bracelet. At checkout, I was offered a sparkling water by Patricia. Very pretty store and I will definitely be back!

My kinda store for men's stuff. Not often do I shop at Ferragamo and there is no need to. Quality is built in the products sold by the vendor. Simple, not flashy, and fitting. Especially the shoes:-)))))

Do not shop at this store. I purchased a $350 bracelet from this store. I needed the bracelet repaired after less than 6 months of owning the product. The store explained that the bracelet would take a max of 6 weeks to be fixed. It has been 4months and I still have not received the bracelet back. I called the store they said it would be shipped to my house. I personally believe my bracelet has just been sitting in the store for 4 months. I live 2 hours from the store and this has been the biggest inconvenience. Will never shop here again.

If you drop off your items for fixing here, please beware! Either have items shipped to your home or proactively check on them.I bought a pair of classic heels from outlet. Worn 3 times, the bows fell out when I took it out from the storage box on the 4th. For $500+, i don’t expect this happening with barely worn shoes which stored in the cool place. Grateful enough that they accepted to fix and I paid $50. I was told they will call when shoes arrive. 4-6 weeks time frame.4 weeks passed by, no one called. I came in to ask, the guy said i need to wait for the phone call from them. We demanded for the shoe repair shop contact. Called them next day, they confirmed the shoes were sent 10 days back.6 weeks passed by, i came to the store, asked for my shoes. The guy at store gave me my shoes without questions. They were in store for almost 3 weeks with no one called me.Overall, I would never buy or shop at Salvatore. We bought couple items at that store before and my heels at outlet. Quality and service are subpar for a brand considered luxury.

I called in on a whim one day asking if they had any bags in a floral pattern, and they did! Quite a few and in different patterns and sizes. Mine has been a summer staple and I've been wearing it nearly every day. Tldr: I found exactly what I was looking for and may have left with a pair of shoes too :) . Ask for Caitlin!
