It was nice, exactly what I needed, happy to know there's extra keys, and the front desk person was amazing and pleasant to talk to, I have bad anxiety and I didn't feel uncomfortable. I hope she gets a raise soon. to be specific the one that helped me today at 4:30pm lol.
