If you have Giant cents off per gallon of gas DO NOT go the this gas station. They have the pumps rigged to pump really slow when you purchase using the Giant discount. They do this so you won’t get a full tank of gas for a discounted price. Several people in addition to myself were complaining to the young lady in the office and she refused to acknowledge our complaints. I have been going here for 25 years for my gas because I get a discount for shopping at Giant. Today they lost a loyal customer.

Was at station filling up tank. When I was finishing up, woman who came out of their cashier station and walked up to back of my vehicle looking at me and then my plates. Not sure what is going on but woman refused to answer me when I asked if I could help her with something. Bizarre behavior from worker.

Car wash broke with my car in it, and not only did it take 20 mins to get out of there, it took another 20 to figure out how to refund my money. They didn’t have a hose to help wash the dried up soap off my car, and they said there was no way to do anything to make up for the inconvenience such as pay for the car wash across the street or offer a free wash in the future. Avoid this place at all cost.

The car wash is worthless. It is “touchless” which I guess means it does not touch the dirt… the car wash is not much better than spraying your car with a garden hose 😒

April 2024 - the car wash consisted of my windshield being sprayed with a light soap mist for seven minutes. No scrub, no rinse, no air dry. I followed all the stop/go instructions perfectly. Car not cleaned.

This is the second time over several months that the gas pump doesn’t stop when full. We were lucky the second time that gas was not overflowing as much as the first time. Still huge, dangerous mess.

Don't get your car washed here. Car wash doesn't wash clean. Trunk area was still dirty. I get a car wash every week so it's not a stain that set in overtime. Attendant showed me the list with details of the car wash and says it doesn't say "clean." You'll get a wash but doesn't "clean" - what kind of bs is this? Obviously, they had numerous complaints before and have a bs answer for complaints. Unbelievable.!!

Do not use the car wash here, doesn’t really clean the car. The attendant says it doesn’t work, asked me to use a brush to clean it. So I pay $11 to clean the car myself? ?

Literally just got a car wash and came home to see the car is still filthy (windshield, fenders, hood, bumper, etc). This car wash is an absolute ripoff for $17. Much better off paying more elsewhere to get a brush wash or even a hand wash. Just throwing away your money here. Never going there again.
