Although they’d already closed for the day, Leslie Klein reopens to let me in and print my collateral. She was so sweet, beyond generous, and didn’t even make me feel I had inconvenienced her. Her husband also came to pick Leslie up with their pup. And we all just got to know each other while working together. Honestly, it’s the warmest interaction I’ve had with stranger in a long time. “Normally a smooth sailing transaction but nobody's perfect, and sometimes slip-ups happen. I ordered a bunch of 24" x 36" and 11" x 17" prints. They were delivered promptly that afternoon, however, I noticed one set of the 24" x 36" was incomplete. I called them up about this and the shop sounded surprised that it was missing but they promised to print and deliver to me today. Fingers crossed. REJOINDER: prints were delivered the next day which was still okay.”
