I’m very happy to have received such wonderful support from Leah DeMark, Aquatics Director at the Spring Hill Rec Center. She is incredibly approachable, welcoming, and helpful, and her responsiveness truly stood out. Leah personally took the time to call and assist us, going above and beyond to help with our swim class registration. I’m so grateful for her dedication and kindness — thank you, Leah, for making the process so smooth and for your amazing commitment to helping families!
The Spring Hill Rec Center staff and employees are also very friendly, professional, and supportive, making it a truly pleasant experience every time we visit.

Leah is absolutely amazing! She went out of her way to help me find the right swimming class for my kids and made the whole process so easy. She’s super helpful, patient, and really cares about making sure you’re happy. Honestly, she reminds me of the good old days when customer service and satisfaction actually mattered, something you hardly see anymore.

Very nice facility. Swimming and other sports activities are very popular here and the facilities are very good. Citizens of various ages can enjoy and participate in sports activities and keep their body healthy and fit.

This place doesn't post the pickleball play sessions as scheduled. They post it irregularly for no reason, and post at a time when they remember. Many complaints and comments are ignored and managed like a typical government facility with lazy and least motivated IT staff.

Spring Hill Rec Center was not new in compared with others, however they offered a lot of activity for both adults, and kids. Swimming class was my favorite at this rec. Center. Easy to find a parking at this Rec Center.

If you're going to field 2 don't bring any disabled or elderly people because they have no accommodations for them to get there.

My favorite rec center so far in terms of cleanliness and swimming lessons. The classes here, in my experience, are the most organized and the swim instructors have all been so friendly and professional!

I went to the indoor pool to swim no one bothered me which was nice. But this pool is filthy. There is a build up of grey gunk ( I think it was built up residue and dead skin) on the lane dividers that float in the pool. There is no effective filtration in the pool I had bits of trash ( bandaids that were not mine and plastic and hair that was also not mine) get stuck to me in this pool while doing laps. There is a strict schedule for the pool lanes which wasn’t bad but I could see it being inconvenient. It’s definitely not an indoor pool to take kids to play in if that’s what you’re looking for.

I visit this rec center all the time and lately there are a lot of people sitting on the machines playing on their phones and not actually exercising. One gent on a lat machine actually sat on the machine for 20 minutes looking at his phone. He was clearly not working out and clearly able to sit somewhere else to play with his little phone. Can the manager address this issue in some very nice way? Also, is there a way more recumbent bikes can be purchased, as there needs to be at least two more to accommodate the people who want to use them. To this end you have too many treadmill devices and upright bikes that do not get much use. Consider please a change to your exercise equipment inventory to address the needs of the residents living near this wonderful rec center.
