When we got there we had to literally wait an hour after our check in time plus they didn't have the room we reserved

Perfect location… close to major shopping areas and dining spots. 4 stars, because we kept waking up to the air conditioning unit. Front desk told us at checkout it was filmsy and just needed to be on a different setting which would’ve been nice to know at check in. Clean common areas.
