Talbots at Tysons Corner has the best customer service! Every time we walk in, we are greeted right away and offered assistance immediately. This store always feels so welcoming, and we actually prefer stopping by here compared to other Talbots locations—especially the one at Fair Oaks Mall. The cashier and manager are always friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Thank you for making shopping such a pleasant experience!

The non-erican ladies who work there are terrible.
They were actually busy talking to each other, one of them totally ignored me, the other one was totally confused, she and her manager were talking about me in front of my face in their native language.
So I got help from an 'American' who wasn't confused and knew what she was doing, but they made a scene at the cash register, I really regret making that purchase.

Sales ladies in Tysons Mall not the friendliest . I end up just ordering Talbot clothes online because I still can find quality styles on sale . Have been a Talbot customer for years .

The audacity of putting size fourteen in the “plus size” section. The plus size section is in a back corner and does not have the selection of the “regular” or “petites” section. Will not be shopping here or at any Talbots again.

I usually write reviews only if the experience was great or awful. Unfortunately today I had a bad experience with one of the workers at this store. The lady with blonde hair, I asked her on Friday to please set apart 2 pair of pants, and I also asked how much it was going to be. she was very polite and ask for my name and my phone number on a note and put my jeans on the side, I told her I was going to come back the next day wich was Saturday. I wasn’t able to come on Saturday so I came Sunday and SHE PRETENDED SHE DIDNT REMEMBER ME, when I was there and have a 10 mins conversation with her about the prices and to save my stuff for the next day. I understood the situation because I didn’t came on the day I said I was going to. So I started looking again for the jeans and she was obviously very annoyed with the fact that I was looking all over the store, she kind of pretended to help me a few mins and then disappear to chat with a coworker far away from me, didn’t even try to help me. I would have understood if she was taking care of another client but no, she was just having a full conversation with the other lady. Then I asked a very nice lady to help me, and she went and ask the blonde lady who took care of me on Friday and she said “look on the sale section “ and had no intention to help us. when she knew my pants were not from the sale section because it was 180 on 2 pair of jeans as she told me on Friday. I really don’t know if this is because I’m Hispanic, or she just really sucks at customer service , wich is weird because she was very helpful with this other old lady who was at the store too, bringing her clothes to the dressing room. Anyway, I’m glad I found my stuff because the clothes are really nice. Unfortunately the service is not. Hope the owners do better

I returned a sweater that was a gift. Karen, Christina and Stephanie were all very helpful! Everyone is courteous! It is definitely worth the drive. If you park in Macys parking lot, walk through Macys (2nd level) and take a right it is very easy to find the red awning! This is one of the few stores that has petites sizes too!!!

Salespeople were so friendly and helpful, even though I was just browsing for a scarf. I will definitely come back to check out the cashmere sweaters. The sweaters and many other items were offered in gorgeous colors in sizes from petite to women's extra large.

I have been buying from Talbots 6 years min. I never had any bad experience with any of the stores of them. Since two visits to this store in Tyson the manager gave me a very bad experience.I have been there earlier too but I neve saw her before.When I went yest to return a dree which I purchased online with the online order receipt the agent who worked with me could not find my transaction she kept did u do multiple. I told I did two which was very recent and the other was long back in 11/29/2020.she said I cant do this let me find my manager. Manager came in and asked the same Questions and I asked Manager can u give me date of order I ll search in my phone, she gave me wrong date and I paid $47.00 they kept saying you paid $32.00 and do not place multiple order and she was teaching me the meaning of multiple. And finally when I told her can u scan the receipt she found . But The entire conversion was not polite it was rude.
