I had an appointment today at 10am to get an important document notarized. We went to the bank and it was totally closed. Doors were locked. No one answered the phone. They should have been courteous enough to cancel our appointment. This is the location in McLean. That is very unprofessional

LOVE this store/branch/bank whatever they call it in TD land. They do cash savings bonds onsite, which is apparently rare and was frequently needed over the past few years. The staff is also very patient and kind, which helped with both elderly neighbors asking questions for using online and mobile banking as well as with my children depositing checks and getting used to atm and other banking items. Bank policies are bank policies, so I have to make sure everyone has the minimums in their accounts, but I have no real complaints. There are TD branches where my family lives up the NE coast, so this is great for our needs.

If I could choose not to give one star, I would definitely do so. This is the worst bank I have ever been to. Just 10 minutes ago today, I went there to pick up the brand new $2 bills that I had reserved when I renewed my CD last time. As a result, an older male employee said in a very serious tone that I needed to make a order in advance. I said that I had already made an appointment when I renewd my CD last time. Later, he said that I was not a customer who opened an account with this bank, even if my husband had an account here, and that this service could not be provided. He said that this was the policy of TD Bank. I asked him to show me the policy, and he said no. Anyway, he was making things difficult in various ways and was very unreasonable. There was no smile from beginning to end. I have never seen any bank staff as unfriendly and unreasonable as him. I feel like I owe him 100 million. When my husband's renewed CD expires, I must close the account here and go to a bank with friendly service.

Wonderful Bank manager Mr Masoud and his team. I rather drive 3 miles to this branch than the one 1.3 miles from me because of the exceptional customer service.

Not sure what these people are talking about. There definitely is a TD Bank here. The staff are very friendly, and all my transactions are quick. Make sure to bring your card when depositing or withdrawing.
