Just wanted to drop a note to say the employees are absolutely wonderful. We were in there this weekend on Saturday, which in hindsight was an overwhelming day to bring five little boys to look for their Christmas wish list. My nephew was not having it with the crowds and lack of nap, etc. He was just inconsolable and one of your employees, whose name I forgot to get, noticed and instead of being irritated helped deescalate the situation so that we could let the other kids finish looking around. She was so kind and gave him a little piece of Lego which was so kind and worked like magic. She really saved the outing for us and did it with such kindness rather than judgement. He felt very seen and special. Thank you so much!

The Lego Store is such a fun and creative place to visit Every time I go there I feel like a kid again The displays are amazing and always full of color and detail The staff are very friendly patient and helpful whether you are looking for a specific set or just browsing for ideas They really take time to make sure you find what you want The store is always clean and well organized and they have a great selection from small sets to the big collector builds The pick a brick wall is a favorite spot and there are always new things to see It is a perfect place for families kids and anyone who loves building and imagination I always leave inspired and happy to come back again

Sales people were helpful but not overbearing. They were friendly but not pushy. I found what I was looking for and will shop there again.

I usually don’t write reviews at all and if I do it’s for really great food places but I have to say the employees that work here are absolutely fabulous. They are super friendly and not pushy. They always take their time to help me find what I am looking for. I choose to come to this store rather than the one closer to me because of their friendliness and excellent customer service.

I'm a AFOL and my son is a true enthusiast. I come here often to buy bulk for my son's MOCs (My Own Creation/custom design). One large scale Star Wars MOC will be at a local exhibition and I got the latest boxes of pieces. Service is always good. Lucked out and had the exact clear pieces my son needed to finish and spent an hour filling boxes.

The Tysons Corner Lego store may not be the largest one but it is always well stocked and offers one of the most friendly service one expects from a Lego store. Really a nice place, staffed by nice people.

Came to this store by chance with a few of my friends and had an amazing time! We were assisted by Na Jah, Joey, and Evin and they made us feel extremely welcome and ensured we were having a good time while we were there. We got to speak about different sets and they were very kind and patient with us. Will absolutely be visiting again!

Was promptly greeted upon walking in the store my Vince, one of the store employees. He was able to provide excellent service by gathering my long list of items without hesitation. The rest of the team was also eager to assist as well.
Would definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

KAREN! She made my day. Took her time to take care of me. Answered all my questions and was so kind, patient, and accepting of all my chattering, I was so excited! She walked me out of the store to see the mini figure vending machine and took the time to explain to me about a couple of the figures. Then verified the build for the milky way and hooked me up!! I can't wait to build it because of the time she took to verify and answer my questions. I got Fortnite Peely Bone today. Go see Karen. She will take care of you. Thanks Karen!!!
