This location has terrible Customer Service! Sales associates that lie and make up rules that are not in line with Tory Burch policy. Attitude for days from sales associates and unknowledgeable about merchandise. Corporate needs to step in and make changes starting with the manager. I will not be returning. This is the worst location I have ever been in.

I went to the store on a Saturday afternoon, crazy time of day I know. But I needed to return a pair of super cute 4" heel shoes before my 30 day window was up. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and a young lady help me immediately on her iPhone. I didn't know that the shoes were final sale. The sales lady offered me an exchange which was really kind of her. They order and shipped the new flats to me for free. This store runs like a well oiled machine. I have a bad experience in this storeFirst of all, I paid $315 for a shoes that is not comfortable at allI am very disappointed and upset.When I saw the shoes in the store display, it has a scratch, I asked the seller does this she’s scratch easily?She said no, I shouldn’t believe her and should not buy it at the first place .I bought this shoes last week and wore it for one time.It got scratched and worn down from one time wear, I went to the store to find a solve of either return or exchange, after waiting for so long for the manager, she came and said their policy doesn’t allow for any return or exchange.I just wasted my money and time.I have shoes from other brands never had this issue.This product is very bad quality and it’s not natural leather, I don’t know it’s overpriced for what??!!The costumer services and policy are awful, I will never be their costumer again.

I was so pleased with my experience here! I ordered some items online and wanted to exchange them in person. Upon entering, there was a sense of calm in the air. Yunha assisted me with my exchanges, she was able to replace the items I ordered online and even help me purchase a new bag while in store! She followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was fully satisfied .
