I always came to the post office and had very nice staff taking care of customer service needs. Today, I went there and was served by a rude lady. she seemed nice at the beginning by saying Thanks you for your patience as the line was long on a Friday afternoon, but she end up saying things into my face. I thought I just ask her a simple question, wow, I did not expect an answer coming from her mouth. I will not go to this post office anymore. Rude staff, Understaff, and this young lady definitely need to be trained again.

Each time I come the staff at this location are efficient and helpful. They have a self use kiosk and drop box.Today I had a passport photo and application appointment and Clerk 4 helped me. They were very knowledgeable and helped ensure my application was as needed to be. I appreciate the help offered and suggest to anyone needing to apply for a passport, come to this location.

Horrible! QR kieos never work. Can not mail packages in inside mailbox because they are always jammed.

Last week I used the kiosk to mail a package. Within a few days the credit card I used received 4 fraudulent charges. This was a card I rarely ever use, last time was over 2 years ago. Be careful and check for skimmers at the payment terminal!

The worst USPS experience I have ever had. Explains why they have "Now Hiring" signs. Counter staff is rude and belittles customers. If questioned, they reply "you can speak to my manager". Basically, implying that the manager will cover for them. They wouldn't ship a phone via Priority claiming some HAZMAT regulation. They were wrong. Left with no resolution, but drove to the Dunn Loring location where the staff was pleasant and ACTUALLY knew how to process the phone by simply putting a lithium battery sticker on the Priority mailer. Spring Hill Post Office is the absolute worst. Even though I live in the neighborhood, will take the extra few minutes and go to Dunn Loring from now on.

I went there today to ship my package, I asked for the $ 9 shipping cost. The name of the lady was Dazia, who was very rude and mean!on the pin pad, there was two numbers, one $ 16.80 and the other one $ 9. I asked her what is the $ 16.80 ? She got so angry and told me: you are just paying $ 9! You need to wait until I print it out. I said ok, I just asked you a question. She said: you know what!? I cannot help you today, wait for somebody else to help you! So I had to get it line again until another lady who is always very nice, Marie, took care of my order. So just wanted to share my experience to you that this lady do not know how to behave with customers.

I welcome A.I. because they would be able to do the jobs at this so called post office so much better. I went to pick up a package and apparently they misplaced it and instead of speaking to me like a human being that a mistake occurred, they had me waiting 40+ minutes with no communication whatsoever (left with no package and no answer)... BUT I got some entertainment listening to personal conversation/s of the female worker on her cell phone (yes, the walls are thin, folks...but I'm sure the 'workers'- I use that term here, loosely- don't care). Come on, USA, we gotta do better. SMMFH

What terrible customer service. My tax dollars cant pay for two piece of tape to fix the prepaid label on to my package. It's either pay for tape they charge triple for or go all the way home. USPS has terrible hours which mean the time I get off work and get home for some tape they are closed. Agent would not even use the white sticky portion of priority label to stick the label on. In what industry of customer service is this accepted? Do better USPS.

Staff is very helpful. But they lock the doors to the 24 hour self service lobby and safety deposit boxes. Kind of defeats the purpose of self service?

This is a great LITTLE post office in our growing community. Really nice people. Sometimes crowded, but great service.

If I could give this location a 0 star I would as 1 star is FAR too generous. This is easily the worst USPS I've had the misery of living near. Over the past year I've had numerous packages be misplaced including medication (that was delivered in a different town and then redelivered to me OPEN), Save the Dates for our wedding (that was misplaced and no one could find it for WEEKS; it was eventually found in the building, weeks (21 days) after it was supposed to be delivered), food, etc. Do better, USPS. Service this bad is just pathetic and you get more holidays than I do. HOW COULD YOU BE THIS AWFUL WITH MORE HOLIDAYS?!Terrible location. Terrible customer service. Terrible Service in general.
