I visited this store on Friday, walked in, waited in line, waited for the associates to help me…no one was paying attention… Mike walked out, called me down, and took care of everything I needed so fast. Greatful to Mike for his outstanding customer service!!

I had only a few minutes before I needed to be at work. Popped in to pick up a print job and to mail a small package. Three staff members were busy helping customers and there was one person in line ahead of me. I thought I might not may be able to wait. Michael said I can help the next person and efficiently found my print job, described options for shipping and rang up my total which was very reasonable. Helpful, courteous, efficient. Highly recommended this store.

Lucas at this location is the man. Always gets me out quick and helps with the most complicated of requests. He knows how to navigate the system and always has the best recommendations to get my packages out quickly and safely, and most importantly, get me out the door quickly too!
