Jason and Josue were great, I hurt my hand and had to return a big heavy aquarium and they both came out and helped me by picking it up and taking it in. Brian was friendly too, everyone was polite, they made an everyday task memorable

Hello I just started working there and Ed is very disrespectful and verbally abusive in front of staff and customers and some customers say he is rude that are African-American and disrespectful and and he was very mean elderly woman about a package she was trying to send and this is not the first time Ed did this to and I heard he did this to other coworkers to and he steal people food out of the refrigerator and eat it in front of their face I used to work long time ago for the UPS warehouse and used to work at the UPS store in Alexandria VA and Brian the manager told me to go home but did not tell Ed to go home for verbally abusive talking to me basically I think that is racial profiling and I will be pressing charges for verbal abuse against me cuz I am a disabled employee for your company and you guys are not going to get away with this and the co-worker Naomi was right there and seen it when it happened

The staff here is very friendly (with the exception of Naomi but I avoid her) Ed was very helpful and pleasant despite a growing line due to the self scanner not working. Totally offsets my previous negative experience! Thank you!

Dropped off over $200 in Amazon returns only $54 of it made it back to Amazon. My fault for not getting a receipt but I've never had an issue getting anything back on the returns. They even made me pay $10 return packaging fee. Not sure who they returned it to but Amazon never got it.

I came in 2 hours before closing with not one Amazon return - but 9 individual Amazon returns! I was overwhelmed but Ivette (or Yvette?) handled it all with patience and understanding. And speed, I was out of there in less than 15 mins.Really happy I came to this UPS store!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Naomi was rude and argumentative when I asked for a receipt dropping off my package. No acknowledgment when I walked in the door despite nobody else I the store. No response when I said “good morning”. Absolutely horrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

I am almost a weekly visitor at this location and I have to say, the manager Brian is so cheerful and accommodating. It’s rare these days to be greeted with such genuine kindness in customer service!

I cannot say enough positive things about the UPS store on Beverly Road in McLean. The manager, Brian and his staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. Their customer service is exceptional! I don’t go anywhere else for all my mailing needs!
