This has been the best UPS Store I’ve used in the area based on multiple visits. Printing was always reasonably priced, and I could just email the label and they’d take care of it.
Even though it’s in a busy location, there were usually enough employees working, so wait times stayed short and service moved quickly. Every time I went, including during peak hours, they handled the flow of customers really well. Overall, I’ve consistently had a good experience here.

Came by the UPS store on Tuesday which was Veterans Day I think to get a shipment sent to my cousin. It got really packed and some kid I think around his late teenage years was very impressive to me. He handled some customers real quick and even the other employees too. Some with notaries and some with shipments. Exceptional work done by the employees!

I got refused for my government document because of the digital pictures I took in this UPS Store, They took a picture with IPAD and they generated the white background with AI thats the reason I got refused, and yeah they don’t want to refund, so careful If you trying to make passport or any type of picture from this shop because you’ll get denied.

The nicest UPS store I've ever been to. I needed to get something notarized and mailed and the gentleman there was kind and helpful. The whole staff was nice actually!
