Great customer service even though I came at a busy afternoon. The options were patiently explained to me. When I need assistance during certain points in the process, I was quickly turned over to the next available staff. No time wasted.

I had a large Amazon purchase to return. The guy working loaned me a dolly, got the door and once he scanned the Amazon code, he took it from there. My box was definitely not fully taped and clean, so this store definitely took care of that stuff

I always ship from this UPS store. The staff are very fast, friendly and always smiling. Prices are reasonable and the location is clean and very convenient.

Beware UPS won't even give you a little tape - if you are using uPS you must bring your item fully ready to ship ! I've lost all faith in UPS and do not recommend you go there unless you have you package completely ready to ship - or they will charge you to use any tape or supplies. I brought a box , had the paper to wrap it and just needed sone tape ! No way, they would charge me for the tape unless I brought it in already taped up! Then if they felt it needed to be taped more , they wouldn't charge for that! So warning - expect to pay if you need anything ! Even a little tape.

This store probably has the best customer service of anywhere I've been - not just ups stores but anywhere, restaurants, venues, etc. - in the DMV. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful and service is fast.

I am a regular at this location because everyone is always super helpful! Very efficient and friendly staff. I can always count on packages making it on time and to the correct location.Reading some of these bad reviews, I have never had rude service from anyone here! especially not from Jayceon. Maybe people should understand where the clerks are coming from.A special thank you to Jayceon! Every single time I am in there he is so professional, helpful, and goes above and beyond to help each customer. Especially post covid and unexpected package delays, I always have one less thing to worry about with Jayceon because I know I am in good hands!

Used to be good, untill today.Got the worst service from a very rude clerk, that had forgotten it's a public service location, paid by us!Very disappointed. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere.And to the dude in the black shirt, may you reap what you sow!

I want to be sure to give kudos to Jayson!! (I'm sorry if I mispelled your name) I came into this UPS with my grandmother. My grandmother and I were beyond stressed because she was recently diagnosed with Lung Cancer and we needed to get some important legal papers notarized and mailed off to her insurance agency. Jayson greeted us and was very patient with me while I read each legal document to my grandmother to ensure she understood what she was signing off on. Jayson also helped me make copies and figure out the best way to get these documents sent to the insurance address. We are so grateful of his service yesterday. He truly helped us through an emotional moment and gave us the greatest gift anyone could have given us that day.....kindness! Jayson you deserve this recognition! We wish you and your family a wonderful New Year!! We also plan to ensure moving forward that we conduct all our business with this location because of you! Thank you so much for how you helped
