“I went to Lil Havana for the first time last night wanting to enjoy a new cigar indoors due to the cold. I found the staff to be incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful while trying to make a selection. I was then allowed entrance into the lounge area where I was by a delightful, welcoming group which expanded to several more equally nice people. It was much more enjoyable than I ever expected resulting in me staying for a second cigar. I will without a doubt be back.”

Their inventory is incredible—whether you’re looking for disposable vapes, premium e-liquids, glass, or accessories, they always have what you need in stock. What really sets them apart is the customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. They always take the time to offer great recommendations and answer any questions. On top of that, their prices are easily the most fair and competitive in the area. If you’re in Arlington and looking for a reliable go-to shop, don’t bother going anywhere else. Highly recommended!”

“Great vape store. They have a great staff and great rewards program. I believe the owner is at the store often as well. The staff is very helpful and nice to chat with. Very knowledgeable on the products they carry. They ran out of the e-liquid I use (candy king watermelon wedges and wild berry by air factory) but have enough variety of other products that keeps me coming back. It’s the only vape store I go to now. I would recommend this business.”

“I’ve never met someone who treats another person’s business like it’s their own. Heaven is hardworking, dedicated, and incredibly honest. Do the owners even realize how lucky they are to have her as an employee? I honestly thought the business was hers. And just like her name, it fits her perfectly—there’s always a burst of joy around her May every step she makes be filled with happiness, joy and peace. May the almighty grant her safety, blessings and that whatever good her heart desire. Like her own own business.”
