Dev could not have been more helpful. We were switching over a family plan with a lot of members who wanted different phones. He devoted a lot of time to us and helped us plot out a transition that met our needs.

I have an iPhones that got a black screen after an iOS update. I took it to the McLean Verizon store. I arrived 5 minutes before opening time and the 2 customer service members let me in. They were so friendly and the lady took my phone and showed me how to fix the black screen problem. I was so grateful for her “service with a smile”. Unfortunately I did not get her name! They were wonderful!

My first time in that Verizon store and I am hooked. ISRAH was not only helpful and professional, she took care of all my concerns about my bill, right away!! Never have I been in a Verizon store, where they really cared about my concerns or needs. She placed a call to the company for me and handled everything!! I was totally grateful for her efficiency and help! I will never go to any other Verizon store!!!Linda

Incredibly poor customer service at this location. I was having difficulty with my phone connecting to the data network - it was telling me I had no SIM card. I went in and requested a SIM card replacement. The technician said I needed an e-SIM card and to call and expect to spend 30-40 minutes. I called that evening, but the "systems were down." I went back the next morning. He told me I wasn't authorized on the account (it was in my husband's name) and that I needed to go to the Verizon store in the mall. I went there and they told me the e-SIM cards don't work well. They replaced the SIM card for free in less than 5 minutes - AND told me that I WAS authorized on the account. "I'm sorry, ma'am, they just didn't want to help you at the other store." Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.

Added a phone to my business account. I told him I was getting the phone for an employee to see if the service was better with Verizon at his house vs. his current provider. I asked about the return policy, and was told the phone could be returned within 30 for a full refund. When Asked if I wanted insurance I told him, No I didn't need insurance. Turns out Verizon service was no better than his current carrier, so I returned the phone. I was asked, were you told about a restocking fee? I said No, I was told there was a full refund. I was then told there was a Restocking fee, which I questioned and pointed the agreement states a full refund if returned within 30 days. After about 5 minutes of representatives looking through the contract they found a small section in the back under some odd terms (not the returns section) which indicated a restocking fee "may" be changed. I told him it says "may" be charged, so I choose to not be charged. The charge went from something like $40 to $26. A very discretionary and arbitrary charge.After receiving my bill I found a charge for insurance, overpriced plan, and full price retail charge for the phone in full. The rep at the store added the phone on the most expensive plan Verizon has which is almost double every other phone on my account. I would have expected he would have put it on the same plan as the other 9 phones on my account.I expected the full price of the phone to come off my bill since it was returned. About 3 weeks after I returned the phone, the full retail amount was deducted from my credit card when Verizon Auto Pay took out the invoice balance. Had to spend almost and hour on the phone with Verizon to get the credit for the Insurance they added, the credit for the difference in the correct plan vs what it should have been. Then I was told the phone hadn't been returned, therefore the charge would remain. I had to call back again with my receipt to prove the phone was returned to get my credit back to my card for the overcharge.These 3rd party companies Verizon uses as "Authorized" are misleading and greedy. I would recommend going to a Corp. store. If not possible to use a Corp. store, be sure to get everything in writing. Keep your paperwork and receipts, and don't take their word for anything. I only went to this store because I thought it was still a corporate Store.

Adeel is very knowledgeable and has the patience to explain plan differences as well as solve problems with billing and account problems that other Verizon agents wouldn’t help me with. Don’t go anywhere else. He is a GEM.

Adeel was the only part of this experience that was 5 star. VZW on the other hand was a challenge. Adeel got our 4 lines ported over and sorted out the many challenges VZW put in our way. Really grateful for what he was able to do pre and post sale, great customer service from this store.
