“I usually go to the VS in Fairfax as that’s closer to my house but stopped by the Tysons store today since I was in the area and was blown away by the customer service I received from the associate at the counter. He said he was a personal trainer and his knowledge on L-Carnitine was super helpful in picking a brand out. We then chatted some more about gym related things at the register. Really great customer service and left excited about the items I purchased!”

“Last Sunday I went to the K st location, and Nyx was the sweetest person I had the honor to help me find products as well explained the difference in account types. “First if all, this store is WAY WAY WAY BETTER THAB GNC. Bro if you go to GNC for your supplements then you better repent and change real fast before the lord comes. The store has everything GNC has and more and always makes sure to have a constant stock. And most of all I have to mention COACH MARVIN. THIS GUY IS LEGENDARY. I came in for a quick purchase of beta alanine and I left with that, and the best interaction and friend ever. This guys can make you smile apon contact and befriends and uplifts everyone. I made sure to get his shift information so I know when to come get my supplements. Or just to come and say hi. Coach Marvin gave us tons of advice for my goals and topped it off with some motivation and other strategies. Bro I wish this store offered personal training with Coach Marvin, because all my money would go there. Get this good looking man a raise. Friendliest interaction I've had all year. He knows how to treat people. On top of all that, another girl we met one visit (not sure what her name is) but she has long braids and she was super funny and kind to us as well.”

“I travel frequently and have visited numerous GNC's. The one in Fairfax is my favorite. Great staff, great product selection and many great deals on the clearance shelves. Damion is the best. Recently, I was purchasing some supplements and, while he was ringing up my order, he realized that there was a special on the product. He asked me if he wanted an additional product for free. I can't say enough about the great customer service.”
