I was at your 3200 Pennsylvania Av SE Washington DC branch a few minutes ago to get some change. I was standing at the front desk when the lady seating there asked me to come to her. When I explained the reason why I was there she asked me to get away from her desk. She didn't say it only one time but more than once. I do understand your policy but this is not customer service or a professional way to treat a customer. I may not have an account with you today but I may be a future costumer. I even told her that she was mean but her and a few people around stared laughing at me. It was insulting and I feel very offended. I work in this area and I know what type of customers she is dealing with but she does not have a right to be disrespectful to me or someone else. She is old enough to know better. It was my first time into a Wells Fargo bank but I don't think I may be back again. I spoke with the manager who was very nice.
