Normally, Zara used to be better quality. We bought lots of stuff 2 weeks ago and unfortunately quality was way lower now. I got flared jeans for my son and after first wash, it was messed up. We tried to return but manager gave a number and he told to call that number and get a code. Then we can return. But when we call that number, they said we should have returned, no code was given on the phone so manager lied to us. Very bad customer services and they tried not to get any return and they don’t get any responsibility. Never recommend to anyone.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves attention. I came in to return an item with a visible white spot, a clear defect and instead of receiving help, I was met with suspicion. The implication that I was trying to take advantage of the return policy was not only misplaced but deeply unprofessional.
I’ve been a consistent customer here, yet the treatment I received suggested the opposite. It’s one thing for a store to enforce policy it’s another to do so with condescension and judgment. True customer service is measured not by how employees act when things go smoothly, but by how they respond when a customer raises a legitimate concern.
If management continues to ignore the repeated complaints reflected in other reviews, it says less about the staff and more about the standards set at the top. A business that allows dismissive or accusatory behavior at the front line eventually teaches customers to take their loyalty elsewhere.

It had been a long time since I checked out Zara, but the new designs and the excellent service from the store’s staff made me appreciate Zara again. They were really polite and helpful. I saw a lady with half-blonde, half-black hair who helped me find the best designs. I highly recommend this store.

The store is big, and a lot of clothes.
I ordered dress from the online mall,
but I returned the clothes I applied for an exchange to this store yesterday,
and they handled it well.
He kindly handled it quickly.
Next time, I'll go shopping in a big and spacious store.

Stopped by to check this Zara out. Employees are kind of arrogant and not really helpful ! The fitting room employees are helpful and kind though . I checked out at the register to ensure all sensor tags were out and my items still beeped at the exit . I shopped at nearly every single Zara in Europe and the middle east but this experience wasn’t as good . Not really a favorite shop of mine .

I have been a loyal Zara customer for half of my life, and I’ve never been treated so poorly at any store. I brought in a brand-new item that I had purchased online, tried on once at home, and decided to return. The cashier immediately started scrutinizing the piece because she noticed one single cat hair on it. Yes, I do have a cat, and it probably got on the item while I was trying it on — but that does NOT make a brand-new, unworn item “used.”
While she was nitpicking over this, my two kids were with me and urgently needed the restroom. They started crying right there at the counter while the cashier kept making a huge deal out of a hair. She then called over the manager, but I told her I needed to take my kids to the restroom first. When I came back, the manager was there, and instead of handling the situation professionally, he doubled down — pointing out another hair and even “dust” on the fabric. The material itself is delicate and prone to looking textured, but instead of understanding that, he made it sound like I had worn the item and was lying.
This is the first time in my life I’ve ever been falsely accused of trying to return a “worn” item. The manager refused my return, treated me like I was doing something shady, and completely dismissed both my explanation and the reality of the fabric. To make matters worse, my kids were still upset, and the entire interaction was humiliating and unnecessarily stressful.
The ultimate proof of how wrong they were? I took the same item to another Zara store — and it was accepted with zero issues, no questions asked, because it was, in fact, brand new and unworn.
The way I was treated by both the cashier and the manager in this location was completely unacceptable. They lacked professionalism, common sense, and basic empathy for a long-time loyal customer. Zara seriously needs to train their staff to treat people with respect — not hostility, suspicion, and false accusations

People have been waiting in line for the last 25 minutes for their online order and no one is coming to help and we can all hear the woman in the room from outside the fitting room. We have knocked multiple times and asked multiple staff to check on the woman in the room and nothing.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store. I purchased a dress full price yesterday (less than 24 hours ago) which, upon getting home, I realized was missing its belt.
When I returned to the store to exchange it, the manager on duty, Nicolas, informed me he could not exchange it because the belt was missing. I explained that the dress did not have the belt attached when I bought it, and I even suggested checking the store’s security cameras to confirm. He refused and repeatedly told me to “call customer service,” even though this was an in-store purchase.
His manner was dismissive and rude, which made the situation even more frustrating. I do not understand why I should have to contact customer service for an issue that happened directly in the store with the receipt.
I request that this matter be reviewed, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution, including an exchange for the complete item I paid full price for.

ZARA at Tyson is one of my favorites! This time I picked up a formal pant and a ripped jeans. Both looked stylish and felt premium. Love how Zara balances trend with quality every time.
