This store is a mess clothes on the floor, everything thrown around prices miss labeledAnd do not try the fitting room it’s a circus and then the “close” because there is no organizationExample 1: my gf tried to get this dress went to hell getting a room to try it then went to check out while workers were arguing then she gave it to me to purchase when I did I asked about the price next to it which was contradicting with what another worker said I showed the picture and said the system said it was not the price then I ask why put it there and said idk

My daughter received a pair of pants as a gift. They were too small. We couldn't return or even exchange because my mother had purchased the pants more than 30 days before her birthday (when my daughter received the pants). Calling Zara customer service did not help. I will never buy clothes from Zara or have my mother buy clothes from Zara again - no matter how much my daughter likes the brand. The return policy is ridiculous.

If you want to have the worst customer service you might go to this place… as a regular Zara customer, it was my first return in the store becouse the item I bought wasn’t my size anyways I try to explain it to the cashier and then she called the manager on duty and she didn’t listen to me she was simply rude and didn’t care about anything I was saying , she just said I can’t do the return bc I didn’t bring the tag price and I presented but it’s stupid becouse I gave her my receipt and it wasn’t enough! Worst experience ever

I completely agree with the others who say the store is poorly managed. Only 1 person on returns/exchanges and the line is almost out the front door. Multiple employees come in and out of the cash register area passing back and forth empty hangers and returned clothes, but nobody seemed to care about the line or jump on the register. What’s even more absurd is that the one person on the register is also responsible for sensoring and hanging each piece before taking the next customer. You will stand there and wait before they take the next customer while they slowly hang each piece and put it away in a closet. I know customers coming in for exchanges and returns aren’t “priority” customers, but we all deserve better than this consistently poor experience compared to what I experience in Zara stores in other countries.

Perhaps the worst retail experience I’ve had. The people who work there are nice, but the store is poorly managed – waited ~20 mins in the line downstairs to be sent upstairs for my return. Then waited another 20+ minutes in that line because there was only one person on returns ?. When someone complained, nothing was done to alleviate the situation. That poor cashier deserved more help!! Do not expect a quick in/out experience.

This place is absolutely horribly managed. Whoever the manager is needs to have a legit look at their policies and how they run the store. Maybe some corporate training. Each time I've visited to purchase something or do a return, the lines are crazy. Today in the returns line, I waited about 25 minutes to return one item. Band when i finqlly got to the front of the line, there were about 15 people behind me. I never thought the DMV line for licenses would be faster than a retail store but low and behold, im proven wrong. The line for purchases was even more insane at 30 people. Where is the personnel needed to make a happy customer experience ? The sales associates were also very slow but I believe it's more of a reflection of incompetent management than anything else. Not pleased at all and probably going to hold off on buying anything from zara for a really really long time.

Employees there did not give any assistance to the customers as well as giving attitude while there is a huge line in checkout. Took me 35-45 Minutes in checkout due to employees not manning the registers. Please go to a different ZARA location if you value your time.

Worst customer service ever, 10 people work on the floor but everyone is just running around to act busy, when you approach them to ask a question they want to just get rid of you faster. Wanted to check for a blazer size availability and no one could help me, none of them had a device to check, after 20 minutes of being sent around from one person to another they finally told me they have the size but it’s on the mannequin and they can’t take it off because they don’t do that and told me I should order online. What is the need of the store and so much staff if everyone is useless and just “acting” busy

Thanks Carlos and staffs for CARE and tried to help me with faulty receipt instead of hushing me off like Montgomery location. I can’t go into details here but I just want to say that Zara in Mclean has some of the best staffs that Zara at other locations will ever have.

When I went to this store there were TWO lines open. However, people wanted to play follow the leader and only flocked to the one line which was the longest line. I literally waited in line for 10 minutes at the max because there was only one person in the second line. And after the cashier checked me out, people still continued to stand in that long line despite seeing that an additional line was open. It’s not the cashiers who were slow that day, it was definitely the customers?

You will probably stand in line for 45 mins to pay for items. They seem to have registers in only one area to check out. They also don't remove the sensors, so the alarm goes off.
