I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Glade Spring Post Office! Every time I’ve visited, the experience has been smooth, efficient, and surprisingly pleasant — and that’s all thanks to Kim, the incredible manager who truly goes above and beyond.
Kim is one of the kindest, most helpful, and understanding people I’ve ever met in a customer service role. She treats everyone who walks through the door with genuine care and respect, and it’s clear that she takes great pride in serving the community. Whether I’m dropping off packages, asking questions, or needing help with something more complicated, Kim always takes the time to make sure I’m taken care of.
