Quit blaming them for things they have nothing to do with. It’s the customer that forgets to put the change of address in, so how is it the carrier’s fault? They don’t set the postage rate either! Have your ducks in a row before you come in there acting like an a-hole. The people who work there deserve the same respect that you expect.”
