What an horrible experience! I went to cash a check on Monday and my Driver’s License wasn’t given back. I realized this yesterday and called the bank only to be told that was discarded. With multiple phone calls and back and forth my Driver’s License was recovered. The acting manager of this location is all but kind! I wish I knew here name. She didn’t wear a name tag and conveniently didn’t have any business cards. I hope Chase doesn’t all this behavior to be rendered ever again!
