“This is the first time I have been in this branch. I called prior to coming in and I was told the bankers were busy so after waiting 6 min I hung up and came in. I waited 30 min in line to send a wire transfer, since they had 3 tellers. A new person, a business teller and a drive thru teller. When I was finally at the counter the young man said you have to see a banker, last time I sent a wire it was done by a teller. He said I can make you an appointment but I said I needed it done so I waited another 10 min. When I sat down I was a bit annoyed honestly, but I was helped by Vanessa Withers the branch Manager and she was SO above and beyond nice. Her smile and positivity was contagious, so I quickly stopped feeling annoyed. Then as if it could not get better, I was running late to get documents notarized because of the wait but she is a notary and notarized my documents!!!! This ultimately saved me time and money, and was WAY more convenient than driving across town. I will definitely continue to bank at her bank location for all my future banking and financial needs. I hope Wells Fargo knows they are very lucky to have her running this location, because you can tell she loves what she does.”
