If you are in need of a loan that comes with phenomenal customer service and attention, call Colonial Farm Credit and ask for Rachel Shupe. Rachel and team always knock it out of the park for me and they are always my first call. Two construction loans, one land loan, and one equipment loan since 2019 and these folks have treated me like family every time. Thank you to everyone at Colonial for your hard work and taking care of our needs.

We worked with Rachel to secure a land loan. It was a wonderful experience. The process was very straight forward, and Rachel was very helpful with explaining our options and helping to get all of the paperwork in order. We have continued to appreciate the perks of a being a customer.

Forrest was the worst loan officer we have ever worked with. The process was delayed many times in purchasing a property and he delayed closing. We will never ever ever use him again or this bank as long as he is employed there.

Have some serious issues and lots of hassles with their process (slow, outdated and not customer or builder friendly) for construction loans.
