If you make an appointment, just know that time doesn't mean anything when it comes to actually have the work done anytime close to what you scheduled. Got here at 10 for 1015 appointment, wasn't checked in till 1045 and still waiting an hour and half later for the the car to be pulled in to get tires. Lobby has about 20 people standing around waiting, one of which I was an appointment from 930 whose waiting on one tire and still hasn't been pulled in (it is 1145am). Why take appointments if they are not going to be honored?

I’ve used them for a couple of years now but what really earned them the five stars is when my tire blew out on the highway and I had to get my car towed there in the middle of the night. The next day it was musical-cars for me. Nothing. Went as planned except for Discount Tires. They were efficient, friendly, and communicative. However, what surprised me was they didn’t charge me anything. I thought it was a mistake. I told them this isn’t a car we’ve ever brought in (new car - we’ve brought in others). They told me that they don’t charge for a simple flat. Now, I don’t know if that’s because they know I’m a customer or if they do that for everyone. Either way, it definitely sets the right tone and keeps me as a satisfied customer.

I have been a Discount Tire customer for many years and in different states.
This location has been my favorite, yet.
They take care of their customers and get the work done all like a well-oiled machine.

Hubert is listed on my receipt but I'm not sure who I actually spoke with. Every employee I came in contact with was very nice. The two gentlemen who were at the front desk were very attentive to everyone that walked in. Great location!

My appointment was at 315pm… it’s an hr later and I’m still waiting. I won’t be back. This isn’t the experience I was expecting. I could have just walked in and received quicker service.

Some front desk staff will accept people in front of you if it's someone they know even if you were already there. They also tend to hold up their customers by holding long conversations with friends. I walked out and will never go back again. Poor customer service.

I purchased Tires from Discount Tires early September. I called at 11:00 am and arrived at 5:10pm.. They replaced all 4 of my tires and I was on my way by 6:10pm. They were very friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make sure that the customer is happy. I like the quick turn around time, great prices, and stellar customer service. Satisfied Customer RVA 😊❤️🎉👍💯

They did good work and it was done fairly quickly, but I have a few complaints. Not enough seating for customers that need to wait and the upselling was a bit ridiculous. They will actually try to push an idea that somehow stock lug nut can swell, stop working, and damage your automobile. That’s is scammy behavior. They also tried to upsell me wipers when they were obviously brand new and tried to sell me a new spare tire. When I said no, the guy leaned in and said “corporate makes us ask.”

If I could give this establishment 50 stars I would I came in today to get a tire put on my vehicle that blew up literally blew up on Friday and last week and I had a donut on there so I came to discount tires I bought a new tire for the driver left side because that’s the one that blew up They kept telling me it’s not safe you know you need to get the other one replaced on the passenger side front tire I said I can’t afford that right now we don’t feel comfortable with you so I’m gonna go ahead and give you a tire for free I was like my mouth because I don’t get stuff just handed to me like that the people here are wonderful customer service is great They work fast they work efficiently they let you know what’s going on with your vehicle and I would recommend this place to anyone so if you’re looking for new tires if you’re looking for anything like that to be put on and whatever other services they offer here I would highly recommend this place it is 100% worth every penny

Just need a Simple tire change… “Discount Tires”
Should mean “Discounted” not the retail price of the tire…. I feel like I got ripped off the first time ever going… I just need one tire fixed at the moment, none of the other stuff I do not need, stop trying to sell me things I will not get at the moment, listen to the customers first of what they need.. not trying to sell other stuff.. and state inspection stuff… I don’t need any inspections until October.. no other law Officers or first responder discount I was offered per your National Website.. the. After it was done, the NEW Tire was low… this will make a NEW customer not want to come back at all….
