10/10 would recommend this location! The gentleman are top notch and will make sure you are comfortable! Ill pass other locations to get to the Mechanicsville one! Enterprise is my go to rental agency no matter what!

Absolutely disgusting company! Made a reservation a week in advance for vacation. Go to pick it up and they said sorry, no cars. What??? What is the purpose of a reservation if you can reserve it!! Todd, the person on duty did NOTHING to help out. Just stood there. No manager, No options. I’m just screwed! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They don’t deserve to be in business. And after calling around they do this to everyone!
No this is not true Marisa! your team did NOTHING to help. Just sorry about your luck. If your company wasnt so greedy they would require all rentors to bring their vechicles back on time. Then a reservation would be a reservation!! I called and got computer prompts for days, and people that couldnt do ANYTHING to solve this issue. Which as i said is just HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. Only a numbers game. dont care about the customer or what they may need. LEAVING MY FAMILY STRANDED WITHGOUT A VEHICLE, AND NO WAY TO GO ON VACATION!!! YOUR COMPANY IS PATHETIC!

horrible! Reserved a vehicle several months in advance only to be called the morning I was picking up to be told it was no longer available because it needed an oil change. Then told me I could call and try to find another one myself! I questioned that and was told there was nothing they could do! so much for Customer service!

The people at Enterprise customer service skills suck they told me I can use a debit card when I get there it was something else talking about a major credit card it was just a bad experience waste of time and resources

The staff always makes sure they have the type vehicle I request. I rent for months at a time and they do everything they can to address my needs and make things run smooth. I have been renting from the Mechanicsville Va location for 15 years and will continue to do so. Thanks

Mallory picked me up promptly at the body shop, and patiently reviewed car features with me. This was my first experience with all the new technology so I had lots of questions! Rental policies were explained to my satisfaction. They worked seamlessly with the body shop and insurance company, making my unfortunate incident an easy experience.

I made a reservation at this location 12 days ahead for a 7 passenger van. They called me 1 hour before my pick-up time and told me they do not have the vehicle I requested. The agent provided no other assistance except telling me to try the airport. Very frustrating because I need that van for a family vacation that starts tomorrow. Working with Enterprise as a whole was not enjoyable. I called the corporate call center and they changed the reservation to a location that still did not have the inventory. I was literally in the car headed to the location and luckily someone from the actual location called me to let me know. I just don't understand what the point of reserving a vehicle over a week in advance is if the company cannot guarantee the reservation. Sheesh, at least check your inventory a few days before. Checking and informing a customer the day of is CRAZY and now I am scrambling to find a way to travel with a family of 7, one day before the trip. Do better, Enterprise.
