“Dr. Matthew Jones is amazing, but it’s a little difficult to get an appointment. He’s worth it, though. Listens attentively and does not rush you through the appointment. The ladies up front are also amazing; helpful both in person and on the phone. Great lab staff, too.”

Mechanicsville Medical Center is not a 'drive-thru' medical facility where you can place your complaint at the first window then proceed to the last window getting your results😊, then you merrily go on about your business. Well, it doesn't work like that. There is a 'process' you go through just like any other business. The entire staff is well aware that you aren't feeling well from the time you walk in to the time you leave.
DO NOT BE RUDE TO THE STAFF...
The ones that come in with a 'rectal bug' (you🫵know who you are) complain about everything!
Do you honestly think the employees wake up in the morning wanting to come into work to be treated as if they are incompetent to do their job? If you are not pleased with MMC just leave and don't come back. Don't come back ever! Post what you want, who cares? Every one in this office has a professional attitude starting with the daily phone operator, to the front desk, to registration, straight through to the nurses, to the physician's assistants, to the doctors, to the lab, to check out.
Have you ever thought about your own attitude when coming into the office? If not, you need to.
