No complaints. I had to drop off a pre-paid package. Lady was nice and gave practical advice with a smile. (Let me know not to put sticker over the seam.) In and out quickly.

The lady at the front of this store is a very disgusting person, I am disable with 1 leg taking care of 3 special need children and she told me everything would be fine if someone came to get my package. She completely lied now it affects the child.

FedEx driver didn't call me for my package delivery because I live in a locked apartment. I am always the last stop on their list and fed up with not getting my package earlier and I live downtown but you go all over the city and make me last after you've been in my neighborhood already. FedEx has my door code said property manager when I moved in here. FedEx needs a better way to do business. There needs to be a phone number for the local location.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff at this facility! But today Janelle especially was wonderful to work with. She was patient and helped me with figuring out the best box to use for my shipment.

Ordered the same exact package from the same exact vendor from both USPS and FedEx. Priority Mail and 2-Day, respectively. FedEx's arrived within two days, going straight from the origin, the midway point, to the this center, and then my doorstep. USPS let it sit there for a few days, sent it halfway across the country, then back, and has sent it to the wrong post office three times in a row, and I still don't have it after a week. Think I know which one I prefer.

Terrible center how was my package supposed to come yesterday and it needs a signature I’m sitting outside at 11:20 the door tag says I wasn’t here at 11:33 then on fed ex tracking says 11:40 I call they say the driver can’t come back they don’t have phones with them on delivers … straight lie then say then only thing I can do is pick it up 45 minutes away when I paid $25 for shipping I don’t even know why it went to this shipping center it should’ve went to Richmond or Midlothian terrible terrible terrible I wish I could have the driver fired it’s literally so easy to deliver packages scared of human interaction or something how was I not here
