Great customer service, they were kind enough to fix an emergency fuel leak on my car without charging me an army and a leg, the tech and counter crew were very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys, I was in a tight spot. Both Brandon’s went above and beyond to help me. Management - if you read this please give these dudes a high 5 and a raise. They went out of their way.

Excellent service at the Mechanicsville Firestone on Compass Point Lane. Xavier checked me in and advised me of all options for repairs. Appreciate him and the service techs. I will recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I had a great experience at Firestone thanks to Brandon! My appointment had been rescheduled, and somehow the details of the services I needed were lost in the process. But Brandon handled it right away—no stress, no frustration. He was friendly, quick to act, and made sure I got everything taken care of during my visit. I really appreciated how seamless he made the whole experience. Excellent service!

The Manager Brandon was fantastic. I called into this Firestone and he was so kind when he answered the phone. I have not been to a Firestone in quite a while; after speaking with him, I went and got me a set of tires. He was so helpful. He helped me with the rebates. He definitely has a gift to know how to talk to people. He is such a Blessing. Definitely an asset to the company

Gave us a fair estimate to repair an older vehicle, and an honest opinion as to whether it was even worth it to fix. Gladly appreciated the straight-forward advice. We will definitely bring our other vehicles here in the future.

Made my appoint over a week in advance, was told 4 tires would be there so my wait time would be shorter. Car sat on lift for over an hour before tires were put on, guess they weren't there. Also told that I needed an oil change, Toyota changed my oil 2 weeks ago, even put a sticker on windshield telling me when next one was due. Needless to say it was no where near needed to be changed. Also told I needed a new air filter, again not true I watched the mechanic spread open the pleats looking for dirt, it did not need replacing. I needed a front end alignment but wouldn't let Firestone do it, left there and went right down the street to Toyota. The only thing I am happy with are the actual tires which cost me $1266, I opted for the road hazard protection when I first arrived and had I known what type of business you run I would never have gotten it. I wouldn't recommend Firestone to my worst enemy!

The lady manager here I’m not sure her name but she is so polite and caring . The person that helped us get set up extremely friendly and helpful as well . This is grade a customer service and I really appreciate them . I wish I knew their names . Give them a raise .this was my sons first car and they actually took the time to make sure everything was good and explain it well . YAll are amazing !

Messed up my alignment. This was a maintenance lifetime alignment because of new tires. Tech said he could not adjust correctly because nuts were too tight. I looked under the car and no penetrating oil had been applied to the stuck nuts (1st thing the tech should have done). Same Firestone shop did previous alignment. Gave me back my car with a pull to the left (No pull before I brought it in and previous tires were wearing evenly). Service manager wrote up $1000 in repairs which were needless. I argued that another Tech should align it which is what happened and he was able to align it (and used penetrating oil). My opinion is that they did not want to align the car because of the lifetime alignment (no charge). Because I have worked on cars for 50 years I know whats what and this Firestone was trying to rip me off. Terrible service. I should not have to yell at the service manager to align the car correctly. If it wasn't for my lifetime alignment I'd never go back.

They did a good job switching my factory rims with my other rims and tires, but this is the rims that firestone scratched and cut my tires. It's been two years and my brother had to go get the rim from firestone and take it to get repaired. Through all of this I was told they was sorry and that was it. I talked to two corporate managers over the two years and they did nothing. I have been a loyal customer for years even before this store was built and all I got was sorry!!!!!!

Was here right at 7 when they opened. The guy up front said he wouldn’t have techs in the shop til 9. How do you open at 7 and not have workers there for 2 more hours? Not too happy with the service here…
