this is now the second time I've complained to the pharmacy about giving liquid medications in bottled that are NOT DURABLE. the lids they use do not stay tightly closed, the middle moves up and down and I've now lost 2 full prescriptions because their mistakes.

Such a great local pharmacy. Our son has required several meds over the years and Lee Davis Pharmacy has always done an amazing job. They also personally deliver some important meds quickly and go above and beyond to help.

Wonderful old type pharmacy. Very friendly people. Compounding pharmacy. There is also a little grill and deli inside. Good food and large portions.

Never have I ever been told to leave a place of business if I wasn’t happy. I was told my product would take 15 - 20 minutes to be ready so I left and ran some other errands. Long story short it was closer to an hour once they had it ready. I was trying to explain to them if I had a more accurate prediction of how long it would take I could’ve gone and come back when it was ready (I ended up being late for a meeting). An employee compounder named Scott then preceded on pointing to the exit telling me to leave if I didn’t want to wait, in a very aggressive way (never seen anything like this in a place of business). He then tells a fellow employee (trying to defuse the situation) that I wasn’t important because my insurance was paying for the product and “I” myself wasn’t paying. I told him I would not be returning. After arguing with him the manager comes out with my prescription ready. I told him I was astonished on how he lets employees talk to customers. Business owner needs to be aware of the extreme lack of professionalism in this location.

Conveniently located with excellent parking. This local business provides fast personal service. The employees are extremely helpful happily taking as much time as is needed to satisfy customers needs.

The first time I visited this pharmacy the experience was good. I called ahead today and was given misinformation. I knew to be false. The pharmacist informed me that they were no longer holding clinics to administer the covid vaccines. (sidenote...they might not have been holding clinics but they do have the vaccine and will administer it) And that I needed to make an appointment elsewhere. This was false so I went in person (20 minute drive) to talk to someone. The pharmacist asked me to go next door no problem. Got there and in turn the employees (there were several) informed me to go back next door into the pharmacy from which I had just came. Whatever is going on between the two needs to be worked out immediately. This is awful customer service. The pharmacist acted no she didn't act, she was not helpful and did not want to be bothered at all even when there was no call to be so dismissive. By reading some other comments it looks as though this is her attitude towards people in general. Not a good look as she seems old enough to know how to treat people and wouldn't want to be treated that way. She needs a fresh course in over the counter customer service and some needed time off temporarily or permanently if her attitude is not adjusted soon. The employees next door were 'very' busy but friendly and helped me nonetheless. Thank you again.

I am not giving 1 star to this pharmacy as a whole. I am giving 1 star to a specific employee, and if I could give 0 stars I would. As part of my job, I have to call in prescriptions to this pharmacy. It seems like every time my coworkers or myself call, we speak to Deet. She is very rude to us every single time. She will interrupt us as we are speaking and will have a very rude tone with us. I don't know about anyone else, but being rude to my clients is NOT okay. I'm unsure if she has a bad day every day and takes it out on others, or is unhappy with her job, but if so, she should find a better way to communicate. When I call and speak with her I am mannerly and friendly, but being interrupted and given sass has happened far too many times. This is not okay and needs to be fixed.

Typically don't have any issues with them, but lately, the female pharmacist has been extremely rude and has actually given me and my dr the wrong information about my rx's. Seeing as how they literallly have this information sitting right in front of them, there's no excuse for such things to happen, unless you're not even bothering to look it up and just guessing! Thank God I still had the previous months rx bottles showing that the pharmacist was wrong, BOTH times!

I get having abbreviated hours during the pandemic. What I don’t get is why those hours are not reflected on Google which states the pharmacy is open 24/7 or the store not having a voicemail message that states they are closed. We drove 20 miles each way only to find out they were closed. Ridiculous!!

They were great with getting a compound for our pet kitty who had extensive surgery. The compound was for pain and she is tiny, so the syringes needed to a special amount to not overdose her. I could not have had a better experience with their compassion for a small pet.
