I was asked if using the electric clippers on neck and around my ears was ok and I said yes. The next thing I know as he cutting the hair on top of my head with the electric clippers and continued to do so to the end. Afterwards she used the scissors cut off even more. I got scalped.

I had a frustrating experience at the hair salon. The stylist was very impatient, which made it hard for me to express what I wanted. In the end, she refused to cut my hair and asked me to explain everything to one of her colleagues instead. Her attitude was quite rude, and I've decided that I will not be returning to this location

One of the excellent businesses in our area. Always punctual, and sharp haircut each time at a great price. Even with an occasional wait , they are pretty efficient and get the job done nicely, everyone seems very nice,. Never had a bad experience there in five years! I usually have the older gentleman, I think he’s from China, very nice.

I get it: they’re cheap, what did you expect? Well, sorry to be poor while also not wanting to be shorn (poorly) like a sheep.
The owner does a good job. The “stylist” I saw last week not only cut my hair way too short — what can you do when she starts in the back?! You’re committed at that point -- but hacked layers throughout, erratically, when I asked for texturized ends. Yes, I provided multiple photos of what I wanted and none of them resembled the choppy mess I ended up with. She complicated something that should have been basic and now I need hairbands and hats all summer. So irritating.

Song Ju @ the Kroger shopping Center on Chamberlain Road has been cutting my hair for the past 9 years. She knows exactly how I like it cut and does a spectacular job every time. Her cheerfulness and great smile make it all the better.
