Forget calling this store. They let it ring for 20 minutes they lay the phone on the counter where can hear them talking to each other about eating places an losing weight etc. Never picking up phone.

I love to visit this home depot because everyone makes you feel like family. From Ms Linda to Eddie to Mrs Jackson to Jennifer and so many other gentlemen that I always see and get help from but I don't know their names yet... Are always pleasant and h helpful. Hate spending my money but they tend to make me forget how much I spent at the time ?

Don't buy a product from Home Depot if you potentially need to make a return. I had a vacuum cleaner that died and needed a replacement ASAP. I purchased one online, but an hour later fixed mine. I attempted to cancel online, but was told I needed to call. So i called and they told me they could only put in a request to cancel.
The next day I got notice that I was billed a 2nd time for the product return. Ended up paying the whole price of the item a 2nd time. Then I went to the store with the product to return it. They took the item, and I got 1 single refund. Of which they didn't even return the extended warranty on it. So meanwhile I'm still out $160. Spoke to my bank and they stated that I need to speak with the store as it looks like they refunded the item only once, but it looks like I bought the item twice.
So I reached back out to Home Depot support and they requested that I speak with my bank. Bank said to speak to the store. What am I to do? Spend thousands on a lawyer for a $160 vacuum? No Home Depot needs to return my money.

I was especially pleased with the selection of spring bedding plants, hanging baskets, annual sand perennials all look exceptionally healthy. Prices were very good. I bought more than what I went to buy and I'm not sorry!

Typical Home Depot.. lots of stuff had to find, a ambivalent staff mostly chatting with each other, hard to get help and not too knowledgeable (although there are some exceptions). I prefer Lowes just down the road.

We go to a lot of Home Depots around the area and I have to say this one is the best. Staff went above and beyond to help me. Everyone there asked me if I needed help.

Eddie and Ethan and the Home Depot staff went above and beyond for me during my recent trip to this store. I came in looking for a specific item and when the shelves were empty I assumed the item was out of stock. Instead of telling me “what you see is what we have”, without hesitation Eddie took it upon himself to check nearly every aisle in the store to look for an extra pallet of the item I needed. Ethan was online checking other nearby stores while Eddie searched the shelves. Through the combined efforts of Eddie, Ethan, and another young man whose name I did not get (you know who you are!), I was able to leave with exactly what I needed! I spoke with a handful of employees in this Home Depot and everyone was so genuinely personable and polite, which you just don’t see too much anymore. Thanks for making my day you guys!! You rock!

I wanted to buy a drill. There were many orange vest standing around chatting with each other, and others just walking around doing nothing too. If a customer walked by them, they would look the other way. I was there over one hour and not the first employee acknowledge my presence......
