It’s always hot and humid here. Always. I sometimes forget that but the instant I step into the store I remember why I don’t shop here. It makes everything feel dirty. I don’t want to try on clothes when I am sweating, especially knowing the last person trying on clothes was sweating too, leaving behind a damp biofilm. I can’t even fathom buying cosmetics, the shelves are always disheveled and the products often opened. I only buy things like picture frames or lamps. Kohl’s can afford air conditioning in the south in July. They’re a national chain. I’d hate to have to work here.

You can always find some deals at Kohl's, especially when they are having a good sale and you can use your coupons. Then if you qualify for Kohl's cash, even more savings!

The associate JoAnn who works in customer service at the Mechanicsville store was so helpful with a pair of Crocs that I wanted. She went above and beyond explaining the Kohls cash that I received on my total purchase. Even though there were other people in line she took her time with me as the customer. I am wearing my Crocs.

It’s been a minute since I’ve shopped at Kohl’s but they never disappoint. I usually leave with more than I came in for. I would recommend this store. You can find just about anything.

Small store, at least it seems that way .
the women’s plus sizes … Doesn’t seem to have the latest fashions in the plus sizes and not much of the stores dedicated to that in the women’s there’s no special plus sizes with a whole array of designs

I went to Kohl’s today to make one purchase. The same sales associate helped me at the register as well as the last time that I was there. Molly is excellent with customers! She’s caring and very knowledgeable.
