Decent store but recently the staff has made shopping here pretty miserable. Stockers run their big restocking carts into you without altering you of their presence — scraping my heel , caused it to bleed // zero apology. AND you’re expected to bag your own groceries even at a regular cashier spot… I had a lot of groceries and there was a long line because the cashier started to bag until I stepped in and asked if I should help. There was one lady bagging the items in front of me & walked away when it was my turn to be scanned and bagged.
Just an unpleasant experience this go round. Not sure I’ll be back to this location.

DO NOT GET ANY SHRIMP OR STEAK FROM THIS STORE...TWO WEEKS IN A ROW IVE GOTTEN FOOD POISONING FROM ,YOU GUESSED IT..EATING STEAK AND SHRIMP FROM THE DELI 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮 update to may 6th 2025 , decided to buy more beef from here and my stomach is killing me after consuming shredded beef, this meat dept must be the worst around , ive seen one of the guys in the meat dept , walks in the store hacking up a lung , has greasy long hair, dirry clothes and looks like he hasn't had a shower in a couple weeks, never again will I buy any meats from here or go back for that matter, managers please take note to ensure your employees present themselves as someone who takes care of personal hygiene for Christ's sake

Love me some Kroger, brown sugar thick cut bacon is a family favorite, but most importantly I am able to take my elderly mom shopping thanks to the wheelchair carts and she enjoys the outing..

I am an InstaCart shopper so I go in and out of supermarkets all day long. I can’t say enough how clean this store was early in the morning and how friendly and helpful all of the employees were. Seemed like they actually cared about their job. Store was immaculate. Definitely coming here in my free time for some food. ❤️

I don't know who I just talked to from the deli department but she was so lovely and her customer service was exceptional. I had a question about stocking a particular item and she was super helpful. I shop at this Kroger every week and have always had great experiences with the staff here.

This review is for Kroger the organization and not the specific store - but I bought the items at that store to cause this issue.... I just went in and used my VIP card/app to buy Nectarines (along with other items). There was a posting for nectarines at 0.99/pound. I used my VIP card and was suddenly charged 2.99/pound. I called in and was told, "oh, you need to clip the add too on the app for it to count". So now, given I just bought 3.03lbs and am now out 6 dollars - I could drive in get my money back but it is not worth driving 9 miles to me for 6 dollars. Kroger really needs to re-evaluate this business practice (I've gone months now feeling like not all my sales were being honored and now I understand why that was - I didn't clip an electronic coupon on Kroger's app...). I highly suggest this organization evaluate if nickel and diming customers is appropriate practices for their organization. I think customers should be more cautious on these dirty tricks by Kroger that I personally see as highly unethical.

Nothing like paying top dollar for a gently used, only smoked on during brakes, patio set. At least there were only three employees smoking on it in total,that I saw. Can't beat a good deal.

I usually have really Great experiences with the Kroger's I was used to in Chester, Mechanicsville, and Willow Lawn. I decided to "try" the home delivery to my new place, using the Atlee Store (Instacart delivery option). It was a terrible experience! Not only did I NOT get my groceries that I was anticipating, but noone even called or texted me to let me know the status. I was sent 1 text at 7pm for a 6-8pm delivery, and that was the last communication I received! I had to call at 10:00 P.m. to find out the status and then was informed that they were still waiting on a delivery driver. Had someone communicated that with me, I would've been cancelled the order and just either come shop in person, or used Amazon Fresh, which I usually do. Needless to say, my trust in the "Home Delivery" process has been shaken and now I don't even want to attempt a second order....pretty disappointing really, considering how much I enjoy Kroger...

For the 2nd time in about 6 months we have had to return to this store because the baggers don't know how to stick all the items you have purchased in a cart. Both times it was logged and we got fresh items back. Shame on me I guess for not watching every item go into every bag in line then triple check at my vehicle when loading with kids.
So I guess my advice is triple check before you leave the parking lot because these guys don't seem to have staff competent enough to load a grocery cart with everything you bought. Wonder if it's intentional at this point...
