I will not longer buy any type of beef from Kroger. The past 3 times I've purchased ground beef or steak, it literally goes brown the next day and smells sour. I'm not sure what's going on, wondering if it's improper food handling or if it's improper refrigeration temperatures. Either way, I won't allow my family to become ill because of spoiled food. Plus, meat is expensive, sucks when you don't get what you pay for.
I'd also like to add that this kroger has really gone downhill in the last year. Their kroger pickup is awful, they get orders wrong constantly. Also, having to wait for 20 minutes or more for your order to be brought to you. I stopped doing pickup as well. Just really disappointed, I might as well go back to shopping at Walmart.

It was aight. Needs to be more organized and have friendlier staff who will go above and beyond to satisfy one's needs and requirements. Need to have more products stocked on the shelf. Besides that, seems very clean and everything up to par and standards. Would love to see more interactions between the clients and customer's.

I can't wait till they tear this one down. So understaffed and unorganized. Click list pickup is severely slow and not staffed. Long wait times. Ridiculous

Stock is never rotated. Always finding things that are extremely expired when shopping. Yogurt always expired. I’ve had shelf stable milk that was expired by 2 years. Bacon wrapped filets expired by 2 months. Can’t do grocery pickup because I’ll have to throw out half of the groceries because they are expired. Can’t stand going into store and shopping so that I can check the products I’m getting myself because then I’m forced to use self checkout. There is only ever one regular lane open at most sometimes no lanes open except self checkout.

Rutland Kroger is bigger and has more of a variety. This Kroger is still a decent place to shop. Everyone is friendly and the store is clean.

July 1, 2024. The man at the meat counter was difficult to deal with. I had to tell him repeatly which two steak I wanted. He keep asking if this was the steak I wanted. I repeated yes and also this steak. Finally he got the two stake. I also sected some ground beef and again he seemed to have a problem understanding
The ground beef was priced at $3.99/lb. He weighed it and prices it at $4.99/lb. When I pointed it out to him he came out and looked at the price then went to the back and never came out. Extremely poor service or lack of service.

Store needed restocking thruout, there were no baskets ready and available for customers because store employees had many aisles blocked using the baskets in their work. This store is becoming the armpit of Kroger everywhere. It's dirty, unorganized, shelves a mess, empty boxes blocking aisles, etc...a shame...

I stopped shopping at Kroger because I don't like digital coupons. It takes too much time to go through scanning coupons online. I now go to stores that don't require an arm and a leg or coupons or a card to save money. This store is also dirty.

Nice clean atmosphere and customers was very friendly and helpful ? food was great and chicken was on top ? young lady working in the cooking area of the kitchen was very friendly and polite

Do not use pickup. I placed an order for a 1 to 2 pickup. I received a call after I left my home saing it would not be ready until 245 to 300. I called inside at 328 to find they were still working on it. It finally comes out at 342. Horrible experience with no apology from the employee. Then I get home to find my molk had leaked out. I am done with kroger. Go to Publix
